NEW! 2024 CAMPSITE RATES WILL APPLY AS FOLLOWS:

(PLEASE NOTE: These nightly rates do not include the $3.00 booking fee per
transaction)

Premium (larger and/or river sites):
$49.00/night
$40.00/senior*

Standard:
$39.00/night

$23.00/senior*

* Senior rates apply to those 61 and older at the time of booking.

GENERAL RESERVATION INFORMATION:

 * Maximum night stay is 7 nights within a 30 day period of time per individual.
 * Maximum number of nights per season (May 2024 through October 2024) not to
exceed 14 total nights per individual.
 * Reservations are set to be optimized, so the campsite that you select is
subject to change up until 3 days prior to your arrival; however the site
type will remain the same (Premium, Standard, Walk-in) and the site length
   will not decrease (30', 25', 20').
   * Optimization occurs at the time of the initial search, so the system is
doing all it can with the existing reservations to accommodate those search
requests. This optimization can continue up until 3 days prior to your
arrival day before the system automatically locks you into a campsite.
   * If you opt to piece meal together a reservation that requires you to move
to a different site during your stay, this cannot be altered and it cannot
be optimized by the system. Additionally, multiple reservations created on
the same confirmation number cannot be modified/cancelled online, this will
require assistance from a P&R staff member.
 * Due to high demand, despite the group booking option displaying prior to
checkout in Campspot, only 1 site per individual, per day. is allowed. This
will be audited by P&R staff and any group bookings will result in automatic
   cancellation(s).
 * Resale of campsites is prohibited.

PRE CHECK-IN AND ON-SITE CHECK-IN :

 * Prior to arriving on-site, you will receive an email/text reminder (texting
requires that you opt in) of your arrival and the request to PRE Check-in
online. This PRE check-in process provides our team with the arriving camper
information in addition to vehicle information to expedite your on-site
check-in with the Campground Attendant (required for vehicle permits).
 * On-site check-in is NOT possible with the Campground Attendant until Terms
and Conditions have been signed and online PRE check-in has been completed.
 * Once the online check-in has been completed, no modifications can be made to
the reservation (the addition of camper names or license plates), so please
   plan accordingly.
 * ALL arriving campers MUST check-in on-site with our Campground Attendant
between the hours of 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm .
 * No early arrivals, no exceptions!
 *  LATE Arrival:  If you will be arriving after 9:00 pm on your scheduled
arrival day, please contact the Parks and Recreation office  between the
hours of 9:00 am and 4:30 pm MT. A vehicle permit will be left at your
campsite. Please display on car dash.

CHECK-OUT:

 * Check-out is no later than 2:00 pm on scheduled departure date.  Please note,
we have a very tight turnover window to make sure each site is cleaned and
   ready for the arriving campers.
 * INTERNAL MOVE: If you are moving to another campsite during your stay, please
coordinate with the campground attendant between 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm on
   scheduled day of campsite move.
Please note: a vacant campsite does not mean it is available to move into
   early.

NEW! CANCELLATION POLICY COMING SOON!
