I also rebooted my PC completed to rule out many other issues. Ive been using the new template editor since it launched and I never had any glitches. But now, one of my templates seems completely broken. I have a template with multiple documents within it. I can edit the first document with no issues, but now when I switch to the second document, the page completely breaks. 1) First, my cursor jumps to the top of the page and is locked there. I an unable to type anything on the page or delete/format text. 2) Clicking on paragraphs does nothing, but if I double click on them, it highlights the whole thing and the rulebuilder icon shows up. Even if I click the rulebuilder icon and hit cancel, it still doesn’t go away. 3) If I try to click back to the first page, I get a choppy grey overlay over everything (but no pop up menu). And at that point, the page is completely frozen and unresponsive. All of a sudden last week, I’m getting a message that “the envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.” I have never, ever, sent an envelope, so I don’t understand the issue. Up at the top, it even says 3 sends left: I sent a message to DocuSign, and got a “there is no limit for signing, only for sending” message, so I’m stumped. Why would this be happening? I literally only use it for signing. Thank you in advance! Since yesterday I get this message when I try to sign any document: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded So far I’ve never experienced any problem/limitation. I do not send envelopes, but I am the only signer of the documents I upload, sign and download. I don't understand what the envelope limit refers to and what the actual limit is. As far as I understood from this article (https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/FAQ-Docusign-Envelope-Allowance?language=en_US), the envelopes I sign myself should not be counted. Thank you in advance for your support 0 948 C 6 hours ago D Donna SevignyNew Voice asked in eSignature Transferred Envelopes Omitted from Reports I am trying to determine an envelope count for this year for a group of users (they were assigned to a group id) we transferred to a different account (same Organization) later in the year. The reason for this is they sent the envelopes from our account which resulted in one of our pre-paid envelopes being consumed. I am supposed to recover those costs from the other account holder. I started running reports on the group we used, and I see those envelopes are omitted from the reports. I thought envelopes sent from our account would appear in our account’s reports up to the time they were transferred. But this does not seem to be the case. Has anyone transferred envelopes and then ran any of the reports to get a listing after the transfer? Did those envelopes show up? Are my expectations incorrect? Once transferred they go “poof” from the account including reports, dashboards, analytics, etc…? Is there a better way? There is one user, who has an active account, that sees the update button but it is grayed out, not clickable. She is VPNed in from home and I’ve asked her to clear cache, change browsers, but she still cannot update her email address. The message she see is “this setting is locked by your admin”. When I look at the account, I see it as active, looks okay. Where would I unlock the account ? Has anyone else received this error? What does it mean? Recipient email addresses all look correct. I did notice that a large majority of the email address were for gmail. I have tried to resent a few but still received the error. I did not find an answer to this in the self help community. My employer has assigned me a responsibility position, I manage one of our laboratories. That basically means I keep paperwork, and answer questions about what goes on in the lab. Part of this is signature sheets, to authorize certain people to use the lab, and to use certain instruments in the room. It’s a well organized record keeping that we do. However, each week I get emails, sometimes multiple emails from docusign for completed (or incomplete) signature sheets. I have downloaded all completed sheets weeks ago, and I even have one blank form that I cancelled 3 months ago and deleted, that I asked nobody to sign yet I am alerted that it needs attention from time to time. The number of emails is increasing with time because we are getting more instruments and more users. We are experiencing an issue whereby senders are receiving notifications that recipients have viewed an email, and it is including phantom entries into the envelope history of this action, when the action has not taken place. As it is documenting actions by a user which are not taking place we dont feel that the legality of the envelope history is valid (we have tested several times and when an envelope is received it is stating that the envelope has been viewed when the link has not been clicked on). I have emailed support twice, and have never received a reply, not even to acknowledge they received my inquiry. I am running into an issue with radio buttons becoming unselected. I have several fillable PDF forms that are completed prior to upload to Docusign which contain radio buttons. These buttons are selected by staff and don’t require the signer’s inputs. The buttons appear selected during the upload process, while previewing the documents when adding fields, etc. But suddenly lose their selection when the documents are sent to the signer for signing! We have found a workaround for now to “Print to PDF” before uploading to Docusign, which flattens the values into place but this is an added step for my teams. Any ideas? We successfully applied document custom fields in Conga template using Autoplace Text/”Anchor Tags”. The last thing we need is to setup conditional field rules as per this article (see also image below). However, so far we can add the rules manually. Is there any way to somewhat “save” these rules in Docusign so that those are automatically applied to custom fields? Note that I also plan to ask this on Conga side.
