Search this site Inspector Arnold Drummond CURRENCY PROTECTOR U.S. TREASURY The U.S. Treasury has taken up new criteria for the U.S. Citizens especially when sending monies out to foreign countries. As of July 1, 2020 anyone sending money out Africa, Europe & China will go through a protocol answering questions only to protect them from getting scammed. If you are sending money out whether through Western Union, MoneyGram, Current or from any financial services to Africa, Canada, China & Europe it is a mandate that they withhold their payment from being sent and you will need to answer quite a number of questions that really pertains to who the receiver is. You may still send the money to these chosen countries but we will contact the receiver by email and the receiver will need to submit their name, address and their personal government passport, driver's license or State Identification card, a valid phone number and reason in receiving this money. This has just gone into effect on July 1, 2020 and the reason for this is to cut down the high rate of U.S. Citizens being scammed by Nigerian Scammers, Canadian Scammers, China & European Scammers. Once you as the receiver have completed the questionairre you will then be cleared to send it and you may send it to that person again and you won't be questioned after that initial transaction. It's a mandate these currency services such ones as Western Union carry out such a mandate or these servicers will be penalized for failure to do so.
