Maryland Precision Spring is a full-service manufacturer of precision Belleville
washers/disc springs, constant force springs, and custom coiled springs and
stampings. Our facility offers state-of-the-art manufacturing, superior quality
control systems, and experienced on-site engineering support, ensuring you get
precisely the part you need. We also proudly offer prototyping, small-run
service, and high-volume production capacity. We are ISO 9001 and AS9100D
certified.

OUR PRODUCTS

 * Belleville Washers / Disc Springs
   
   Our Belleville washers and disc spring ODs ranges from .25" to 10". We
   manufacture both stock and custom parts and offer an extensive variety of
   styles, materials, and finishes.

 * Constant Force Springs
   
   We manufacture constant and variable force springs in a variety of sizes and
   end configurations. We produce strip widths from 0.062" to 2", lengths from
   12" to 60", and thicknesses between 0.0016" and 0.031".

 * Custom Springs & Wire Forms
   
   We manufacture custom springs and wire forms up to 0.312" wire diameter using
   CNS and mechanical coilers. We offer a variety of spring styles,
   configurations, materials, and finishes.

 * Custom Metal Stampings
   
   Our facility has both four slide and rotary forming capabilities. We offer
   multiple material and finish options as well as on-site laser etching and
   prototyping for stamped components.

As a full-service manufacturer of Belleville washers, constant force springs,
coiled springs, and stampings, we offer superior customer support, engineering
assistance, prototyping, in-house quality control, and production at almost any
volume—from 10 pieces to a million. Our disc springs, constant and variable
force springs, and custom springs and stampings are manufactured using
state-of-the-art CNC machining and stamping systems, including rotary-slide,
multi-slide, and four-slide.
