Our beautiful, meticulously restored, historic bed and breakfast is NOW taking
reservations for a stay of 30 days or longer ONLY.  The eight rooms in each of
the two main houses and two private guest cottages are unique in design and
appearance. Each room on the property has been flawlessly restored to maintain
the beauty of the vintage architecture while providing all the conveniences of
modern accommodations.

ANNOUNCING

We recently converted all the rooms to 30 day or longer stays ONLY!  If you are
needing a place to call home temporarily due to a job or wanting to take some
time when relocating CALL or EMAIL for availability!

Lavish Amenities 

A Long Term stay provides you with most of the amenities you will need if you
were in your own home. We provide each of our comfortable beds with our
luxurious linens & bedding.  Each room is also equipped with their own personal
microwave, coffee maker, & refrigerator.  However if you want to do more of your
own meal prep you have access to our fully stocked kitchen that provides you
with all the prep tools you should need.

Visit Albuquerque’s Feature Attractions

As we are located in the middle of Downtown Albuquerque, there is easy access to
most of Albuquerque’s attractions and activities and amazing restaurants. It is
just a short walk to the Convention Center, University of New Mexico, and local
hospitals: Lovelace Hospital, Presbyterian Hospital, and the Heart Hospital. For
an outdoor adventure, you and your family or friends can enjoy some of
Albuquerque’s greatest golf courses, or take a trek up the Sandia Mountains. To
top it all off, this amazing historic resort is less than a 5-minute drive on
I-25 from the Albuquerque Airport (Sunport).

Looking for a place to temporarily call home? Look no further! We have available
private cottages, and rooms with a shared common space. Let us provide you with
