CXBMF Get CXBMF Stock Quote → CXBMF Get CXBMF Stock Quote → THIS IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT SPONSORED BY CALIBRE MINING MOST GOLD MINERS SUCK… BUT ONE UNDERVALUED GOLD PLAY COULD UNLOCK HISTORIC GAINS James Hyerczyk is a Florida-based technical analyst, market researcher, educator and trader. James began his career in Chicago in 1982 as a futures market analyst for floor traders at the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and numerous brokerage firms. He has been providing quality analysis for professional traders for over 40 years. * J.P. Morgan says raging bull will push yellow metal past $2,600 next year… Citi says the stampede will send gold flying to $3,000.[1][2] * Soaring revenues led this junior gold miner to beat seven major analysts’ predictions.[3] * It’s why the current forecast is for its shares to nearly double to $3…[4] And it could be why 26 major institutional investors, including John Hancock, Van Eck, Sprott, Fidelity, and iShares have poured into Calibre Mining (CXBMF) since May 2024.[5] In my 40-years in the markets I’ve rarely seen a headline such as this one from the August 17, 2024 FORTUNE. [6] History is being made and you should want to be a part of it. Let me show you one high-potential way to access this red-hot market. Hello, I am James Hyerczyk. Over the past decades I have seen it all. The personal computer and internet revolutions, now clean energy. I started my career back in 1982 as a futures market analyst for floor traders at the Chicago Board of Trade, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and numerous brokerage firms. Since then, I’ve been providing quality analysis for professional traders for over40 years. It’s why I am so confident that GOLD and gold miners could be one of the year’s top plays… if not one of the century’s rare opportunities. That said, I hope you’ll also get a second opinion from your broker or investment advisor. Now, here’s the low down on one of the more impressive gold mining stories in today’s skyrocketing market. There’s a secret hidden in this blazing stock market. It’s hiding what could be the year’s top investment opportunity. Best of all, putting the secret to work for you only takes but a slight shift in your focus. When you do, you might see that it’s time to embrace gold miners again. Yes, gold miners. And not just the big guns either, but a growing mid-tier miner, too. It’s one that looks undervalued to its peers. And that means it could have great upside especially if gold miners get swept up in today’s historic gold bull run. Regardless of increasing gold prices, it looks like it’s undervalued compared to its peers. THE BULLS LOOK RESTLESS, READY TO RUN Moreover, moving this one gold miner to the top of your watchlist could put you out in front of the stampede that looks set to pour into gold miners. That’s because investors ignored gold miners as the yellow metal went on a tear this year, eclipsing historic high after historic high. In all, the red-hot.[7] Now gold is beyond $2,500 per ounce, and J.P. Morgan says it’s headed to $2,600.[8] Bart Melek, global head of commodity strategy at TD Securities forecast that gold could hit $2,700 in the coming quarters.[9] Citi tops them all with a call for $3,000 an ounce by the middle of next year.[10] That’s why, some strong signals, such as the GDX, point to the fact that the gold bulls are itching to get back in the game. The GDX is gold mining’s benchmark ETF. It’s up 26% for the year while the S&P index is only up 17%.[11][12] So, money is starting to move into miners again. And a good chunk of that money has already found its way into what I believe could be a top play in the sector – Calibre Mining (CXBMF). INSTITUTIONS ARE GIVING THE GREENLIGHT Just look at the money that has been pouring into Calibre Mining since May. Some of the world’s most well-known institutions are among the 26 funds that made their moves into Calibre Mining (CXBMF).[13] Moreover, as the chart below indicates… they bought shares as Caliber’s price was rising. My guess is that they could be convinced an analyst’s $3 price target is within reach (especially when most analyst numbers incorporate lower gold prices). Among the notable…[14] Sprott Junior Miners ETF owns 3.3 million shares, its Gold Equity Fund Institutional Class owns 5.5 million shares. Van Eck’s famous GDX Vectors Gold Miners ETF owns 35.8 million and its Vectors Junior Gold Miner ETF owns 27.6 million shares. Invesco Oppenheimer Gold and Special Minerals Fund class C owns 14.6 million shares . Franklin Gold and Special Minerals Fund class A owns 3.9 million International Investors Gold Fund Class A owns 4.8 million shares. Finally, the chart shows how interest in Calibre Mining (CXBMF) has ignited this year. Source: https://fintel.io/so/ca/cxb JUNIOR MINER WITH A $1.3 BILLION MARKET CAP BEATS WALL STREET’S ESTIMATES AND CAN BE HAD FOR LESS THAN $2 Clearly, both its success and its potential are why institutions and funds have been rushing into – Calibre Mining (CXBMF). Today, it’s a mid-tier miner. But Calibre could be poised for significant growth all while the major miners struggle to keep up when we consider they are building a major new open pit gold mine in Canada. In fact, it will be Atlantic Canada’s largest open pit gold mine. That’s because while gold mining’s big guns are focused on today’s results, Calibre Mining is focused on growth and creating shareholder value within the Americas: * As you’ll see, in an era when miners are stuck with low-grade gold, Calibre Mining (CXBMF) benefits from a series of high-grade discoveries. Currently across the portfolio it has 4.1 million-ounce reserves, 8.6 million ounces of Measured and Indicated Resources, and 3.6 million ounces Inferred Resources. That could be worth a whopping $7.4 billion dollars of gold at today’s price.[15][16][17] * A 2.7-million-ounce reserve at its brand new mine, Valentine Gold Mine, is set to open in the first half of next year, expecting to add an additional 195koz per year of production with significant exploration growth.[18][19] * That’s a good reason to pay attention to Calibre now before any additional revenues make news next year. * A combined 639,000 Mineral Resource at its US-based mine and development project in Nevada. * $15.8 million cash on hand to fund exploration and operations as of September 2024.[21] I Want The Stock Quote → IF THERE WAS ONE REASON THAT COULD PIQUE YOUR INTEREST IN CALIBRE MINING (CXBMF) IT MIGHT BE GROWTH… DEMONSTRATED GROWTH. Here’s a brutal truth about mining – any mining – that is rarely said out loud. Every scoop of earth a miner takes out of a mine makes that mine less valuable. So, efficient exploration that discovers more gold is key to long-term survival. But, with few exceptions, such as with Calibre Mining, the gold mining industry is struggling to sustain production growth as deposits become harder to find, according to the World Gold Council.[22] “We’ve seen record first quarter mine production in 2024 up 4% year on year. But the bigger picture, I think about mine production is that, effectively, it plateaued around 2016, 2018 and we’ve seen no growth since then,” WGC Chief Market Strategist John Reade said.[23] As a result, it has become more and more difficult – and also more expensive – for the gold miners, especially the big ones, to replenish the extracted ounces.[24] It’s why I rarely, if ever, get excited about gold miners. And it’s probably the main reason why even though gold is hitting record highs, most investors are ignoring big gold miners.[25] Moreover, any new discoveries are coming in with much lower grades of gold. As you can see by this chart, average gold grades for big miners have plunged during the past two decades from about 2.5 grams per ton of excavated earth to about 1.5 grams per ton. More concerning is the fact that average head grade of that ore mined has been dropping – suggesting that the inventory of high-grade high-quality deposits is being depleted.[26] This is why what’s going on with Calibre Mining (CXBMF) is so spectacular. And could be why institutions are buying up shares. CALIBRE MINING’S RESERVE GRADES HAVE BEEN BUCKING THIS TREND – LITERALLY Calibre Mining’s El Limon and Libertad gold mine complexes in Nicaragua are a tremendous example of mines with high grades. For this, let’s focus on reserve grades only. Calibre reports that its Limon/Libertad Mineral Reserve is 1,126,000 ounces.[27] But things get exciting when you look at the average grade. That’s because Calibre Mining’s average grade is nearly 4 times better than its bigger competitors at an average 5.13 g/t.[28] So, every ton of earth and rock Calibre Mining (CXBMF) trucks to its El Limon processing mill yields about 5.13 grams per ton… much better than 1.5 grams.[29] CALIBRE MINING’S LATEST EXPLORATION MAY HAVE FOUND A JACKPOT OF HIGH-GRADE GOLD Remember, the issue with gold miners is that they must keep expanding in order to grow. But new and significant discoveries are a rare thing, according to the World Gold Council.[30] That is not the case with Calibre Mining (CXBMF). It’s flush with the potential for high-grade gold, as demonstrated by exploration drilling. That’s a powerful reason to put Calibre Mining on your radar now. In fact, for my portfolio, potential is the main reason to invest in gold miners, which is why I haven’t yet shown you Calibre’s impressive results. We’ll get there in a minute, but first, let’s check out Calibre’s high-potential future. I Want The Stock Quote → EXPANDING A WORKING MINE Its Eastern Borosi Gold-Silver property is a pit mine. Currently, Eastern Borosi hosts an Indicated Mineral Resource of 950,000 tonnes at 8.47 g/t gold for contained gold of 258,000 ounces and an Inferred Mineral Resource of 2.800 million tonnes at 3.08 g/t gold for contained gold of 278,000 ounces. The Guapinol/Vancouver open pit mine hosts Probable Mineral Reserves of 538,000 tonnes at 6.87 g/t gold for contained gold of 119,000 ounces.[31] Fresh exploration has yielded some impressive results. The latest drill intercepts revealed… 3.24 g/t Au over 5.8 meters thick, 9.24 g/t Au over 6.2 meters, 17.45 g/t Au over 3.1 meters from drill hole GP-24-189.[32] Then there was 11.62 g/t Au over 3.8 meters 22.36 g/t Au over 1.9 meters from drill hole GP-24-187. Drill hole GP-24-179 found 9.25 g/t Au over 1.6 meters and 12.70 g/t Au over 1.1 meters. Other holes found 16.61 g/t Au over 3.7 meters, 8.15 g/t Au over 1.6 meters, 5.01 g/t Au over 4.5 meters, and 8.59 g/t Au over 2.5 meters. So, Eastern Borosi has strong potential for Calibre Mining’s long-term success as the Company leverages the excess processing capacity at its Libertad mill by deploying its efficient “hub and spoke” operating strategy to bring the material to the existing mill. CALIBRE MINING’S TRANSFORMATIONAL POTENTIAL LIES IN NEWFOUNDLAND What’s going on at Calibre Mining’s Canada-based Valentine gold mine could turn out to be epic. The Newfoundland & Labrador property has a nearly 2.7 million-ounce Proven and Probable Mineral Reserve.[33] The reserves’ grades are an average 1.62 grams per ton.[34] That’s superb when you consider anything about 1.5 g/t is considered high grade.[35] By the way, at today’s price above $2,500 those reserves could be worth a whopping $10 billion dollar price tag. Gold grades ran 150.27 g/t Au over 4.3 meters in the Marathon pit, 25.09 g/t Au over 1.8 meters in the Berry pit, and 16.64 g/t Au over 8.1 meters in the Leprechaun pit.[36] This indicates significant depth potential. IN NEVADA, CALIBRE HAS PROVEN AND PROBABLE RESERVES OF 264,000 OUNCES. On top of its expansive Nicaraguan and Canadian holdings, Calibre Mining (CXBMF) also has three U.S. properties. One is an operating mine in Nevada, Pan Mine. The others are exploration projects in Nevada and Washington state. The Nevada Bureau of Mines and Geology has Calibre Mining’s Pan mine, in Ely, NV, in its published list of “Major Mines of Nevada.”[37] The Bureau of Mines reports that Pan’s recent production was more than 46,000 ounces, and that the mine employs more than 230 people.[38] That’s because, though lightly explored, the mine holds 264,000 ounces of proven and probable gold and 359,000 ounces of measured and indicated resources.[39a] That proven/probable reserve is worth at least $686,400,000 million at today’s price.[39b] Moreover, since Pan began operation in 2017, Calibre Mining developed a plan for a new regional exploration program beyond Pan’s two open pit mines.[40] The Pan mine is located in the Battle Mountain-Eureka trend which, along with the Cortez trend, pushes Nevada into the ranks of the world’s top four gold producers, along with China, Australia, and Canada.[41] I Want The Stock Quote → CALIBRE MINING IS FORECAST TO GROW NEARLY 2X MORE THAN THE BROADER GOLD MINING INDUSTRY[42] One of the main reasons to look into Calibre Mining (CXBMF) is because its assets suggest significant production growth with the new Canadian mine next year along with continued strong investment into exploration for organic growth. But, from an investors point of view, today counts for something too. And its second quarter results, released on August 16, show that Calibre is not disappointing. Its $0.03 EPS was in line with analysts’ estimates and its $138 million in revenue was 3% higher than estimates.[43] That has led analysts to forecast a $0.03 jump in Calibre’s annual earnings per share and a nearly $20 million jump in revenue.[44] The revenue forecast represents 29% jump in growth.[45] Compare that great number with the forecast of a 13% jump in the broader industry and you’ll find more proof that Calibre Mining (CXBMF) is definitely expected to grow faster than the wider industry.[46] TODAY IS AS BRIGHT AS CALIBRE MINING’S FUTURE IS Calibre has not disappointed and has a history of delivering on its commitments. Its mining output has become better every year. And that’s a clear indication that Calibre Mining is executing a quality game plan… as this chart indicates. CALIBRE MINING IS PROOF THAT EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP COUNTS Only top management can build a company such as Calibre Mining (CXBMF). Here are some examples of the stellar minds that run the company.[47][48] Blayne Johnson, Chairman of the Board There are a handful of people in mining and exploration that investors should never lose sight of. Blayne Johnson is one of these. His private investment company’s founders, and close network have created over $5 billion in value for shareholders in the natural resources sector. He was a Founder, Director of Newmarket Gold that was acquired by Kirkland Lake Gold for $1 billion in November 2016, as well as a founder of Terrane Metals that was acquired by Thompson Creek in 2010 for $750 million. Darren Hall, President, CEO, Director Mr. Hall has more than 35 years of mining-industry experience, with a track record of increasing production, reducing costs, and improving capital effectiveness. He was Chief Operating Officer of Kirkland Lake Gold, which acquired Newmarket Gold, where he also served as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to Newmarket Gold, Mr. Hall also was an executive with Newmont Mining Corp. Douglas Forster, Lead Director During his 35 years in the mining industry, Mr. Forster has acted as a geologist, founder, director, senior executive, and financier. He was Founder, President & CEO of Newmarket Gold, which operated three gold mines in Australia with annual production of over 225,000 oz. a year. Newmarket was acquired by Kirkland Lake Gold in a $1 billion transaction in 2016. So, when you look at what Calibre Mining has built you realize that beyond top management there are… 9 REASONS FOR INVESTORS TO FOLLOW CALIBRE MINING (CXBMF) SO THEY CAN CLOSELY FOLLOW THIS RAPIDLY EXPANDING MINER’S ASCENT Investors examining Calibre Mining (CXBMF) as part of their due diligence should consider these attributes: 1 HIGH EXPECTATIONS – Name a company with a share price under $2 that analysts forecast such significant growth. Yet, that’s exactly what Wall Street analysts predict for Calibre Mining (CXBMF). It’s expected to grow revenues at a rate that’s 2x greater than the broader gold mining industry. 2 TREMENDOUS 2024 INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT – Let’s be frank, were we talking about another gold miner with an ultra-low price we’d be using the term penny stock. But can you imagine nearly 45 institutions and funds suddenly deciding they need to buy a penny stock – and do it as the price is rising – with 26 of them buying between May and June of 2024? That it actually happened is a huge hint of Calibre’s massive potential. 3 MILLIONS OF OUNCES OF GOLD – In an era when the quantity and quality of surface mine gold grades is deteriorating, Calibre Mining could have millions of ounces of high-grade gold, above 1.5 g/t. Those include a 2.7-million-ounce reserve at its new three-pit Valentine Gold Mine in Newfoundland, Canada. 4 MASSIVE POTENTIALIN NICARAGUA – Calibre’s gold reserves and resources are impressive. Its three Nicaragua mines combined have a probable reserve of 1.2 million ounces at a stunning average of 5.13 g/t. 5 SIGNIFICANT INVESTMENT INTO EXPLORATION – Critical in a business that continues to deplete its future revenue. Calibre’s track record of replacement and increase in reserves due to discovery drilling speaks for itself and this year, 2024 they are drilling 170,000 metres. One of the largest drill programs out there. 6 VALUE OPPORTUNITY – There is no getting around the #1 reason for why now the time is to look closely at Calibre Mining (CXBMF). Its valuation vs its peer group, for example P/NAV is 0.7x vs peer average of 1.0x or Enterprise value per 2025/2026 production, $4000/oz vs peer group average of $6,400, demonstrating great potential 7 IMPRESSIVE GROWTH – A track record of delivering ~28% year over year production growth with an anticipated increase during 2024-2026 of ~75% according to analyst consensus numbers. 8 MOUNTAIN OF CASH – Calibre has $15.8 million cash on hand as of September 2024. This allows mining companies to mount aggressive exploration programs that can help finance future gold mines and bring them to commercial production. 9 GOOD NEIGHBOR – A lot has been made about mining conditions across the globe. With Calibre Mining, investors are part of a company that realizes the value of its human capital. Calibre currently generates more than 3,500 safe, stable, good-paying direct and contractor jobs in Nicaragua. Today, there are three labor organizations at El Limon Mine and one at La Libertad Mine, where 87% and 90% of the employees, respectively, are union members. Both sites have active collective agreements, negotiated every two years. GIVEN GOLDS ALL TIME HIGH AND PREDICTIONS TO GO HIGHER…CALIBRE MINING’S (CXBMF) TRACK RECORD AND GROWTH PROFILE MAKES IT A MUST ADD TO YOUR WATCH LIST. Calibre Mining (CXBMF) is a straightforward easy-to-understand opportunity. There are nearly 45 investment banks and funds that seem to agree. Yet, Calibre remains off individual investors’ radars. That’s probably because there’s a lot of dust kicked up these days by politics, headlines, and clickbait… and a serious focus on gold’s history-making bull run and not on where gold comes from. But $15.8 million cash on hand, a forecast for nearly $700 million in revenue, positive net profit, positive earnings growth… plus institutional interest… suggests the spotlight is swinging Calibre Mining’s way. And that makes now the right time for you to call your broker or talk to your adviser to discuss gold and this opportunity. Have them dig into why Calibre Mining (CXBMF) could be a significant opportunity. I Want The Stock Quote → P.S. STILL WANT MORE INFORMATION ON CALIBRE MINING (CXBMF)?
