EARN TRIPLE POINTS ON HOTELS:
3During the promotional period of 12:01AM AEDT on 29 January 2024 to 11:59PM
AEDT on 18 February 2024 (Offer Period), Velocity members will earn triple
Velocity Points on eligible hotel bookings via Rocket Travel at
https://www.virginaustralia.com/au/hotels/ with an earn rate of 9 Velocity
Points per $1 spent, which is triple the standard earn rate of 3 Points per $1
spent on hotel bookings. All bookings made through this platform are subject to
Rocket Travel terms and conditions. An eligible hotel booking is one that is
made during the Offer Period via Rocket Travel at
https://www.virginaustralia.com/au/hotels/, is for an accommodation booking, is
for travel between 29 January 2024 and 30 June 2024 and where Velocity Points
are not used as a form of payment or part payment. This offer is only available
to Velocity members when they book with Rocket Travel, and only the member who
has added their Velocity number to the booking will be eligible to earn the
triple Points. Points cannot be earned on redemption bookings made with Points
or Points plus another form of payment, and Points will not be awarded for
cancelled bookings or bookings where stay is not completed. Velocity members
must submit their valid Velocity membership number at the time of booking to be
eligible to earn Velocity Points. Only one Velocity member per booking is
eligible to earn Points. For prepaid bookings, please allow 2-3 weeks after
check-out for Points to be credited to your account. For bookings paid at the
hotel, please allow 4-6 weeks after check-out for Points to be credited to your
account. To earn Points you must be a Velocity member. This offer, Velocity
membership and Points earn are subject to the Velocity membership Terms and
Conditions as amended from time to time.
EARN DOUBLE POINTS WITH SIXT:
4During the promotional period of 12:01AM AEDT on 29 January 2024 to 11:59PM
AEDT on 16 February 2024 (Offer Period), Velocity members will earn 6 base
Velocity Points per $1 spent on the base rental cost of an eligible Australia
car hires booked with SIXT via Rocket Travel (the usual base earn rate of 3
Points per $1 spent) (Double Points Offer). The Double Points Offer does not
apply to tier bonus Points earn for Silver, Gold & Platinum members which are
earned in addition to the base Velocity Points. Silver members earn an extra 1.5
bonus Points per $1 eligible spent, Gold members earn an extra 2.25 bonus Points
per $1 eligible spent, and Platinum members earn an extra 3 bonus Points per $1
eligible spent. An eligible car hire means any booking made with SIXT during the
Offer Period via Rocket Travel, for travel in Australia between 29 January 2024
and 30 June 2024 (inclusive), where the member adds their Velocity membership
number to the booking, and Velocity Points are not used as a form of payment (in
whole or in part). A Velocity membership number must be added at the time of
booking to be eligible to earn Points and only for SIXT pay-later bookings.
Cancelled reservations or reservations not used will not be eligible to earn
Points. Please allow up to 6 weeks after the end of the SIXT Car rental for your
Velocity Points to be credited to the Member’s Velocity account. To earn Points
you must be a Velocity member. This offer, Velocity membership and Points earn
are subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time
to time.
WONDERFUL IS ECONOMY X AT A COMFORTABLE PRICE:
^Please read carefully as there are important terms and conditions that you
should be aware of prior to selecting Economy X. Economy X seats are limited and
may be sold out at time of booking or at any time prior to your travel date. The
applicable Economy X fee will be the fee published at the time you purchase
Economy X and is subject to change. Fees are per person, one way and per sector.
Fees are in the applicable booking currency, being the country of origin
specified in your booking or purchase. Economy X fees are non-refundable, except
where you are entitled to a refund of the Economy X fee or of your fare under
the Australian Consumer Law. See the Economy X Terms and Conditions for more
information on refunds. Not all product benefits are available at all airports.
Where some of the product features are not available or utilised by you, you are
not entitled to a refund unless otherwise specified in the Economy X terms and
conditions. Some Economy X seats are located in Exit Rows and guests must accept
the Exit Row Safety Conditions to sit in these rows. If you change your mind and
no longer wish to sit in these rows, you may move to an alternate Economy X seat
for no additional fee. If however no other Economy X seats are available, you
will be assigned a standard Economy seat and entitled to a refund of the Economy
X fee. Please let us know as soon as possible if you do not longer meet the Exit
Row Safety Conditions. If at the time of travel you no longer meet the Exit Row
Safety Conditions you will be offered an alternate Economy X seat or you will be
assigned a standard Economy seat and entitled to a refund of the Economy X fee.
