 * CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER IT IS SUBMITTED?
   
   We cannot edit an order or shipping address after the order is submitted. You
   may cancel the order before it has been processed (usually within 60 minutes)
   and replace the order with the correct information. If your item has shipped
   and you need an address correction, you may utilize carrier provided services
   like UPS MyChoice or FedEx Delivery Manager to update your address or make
   delivery arrangements directly through the carrier.


 * HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?
   
   You may cancel your order any time before the order has been processed
   (usually within 60 minutes) in your MyAccount page by clicking the Cancel
   Order button. After the order has been processed, the Cancel Order button
   will be removed, and we cannot cancel the order. You may submit a
   cancellation request via your MyAccount page after the order has been
   processed using the Request Cancellation button, however please be aware that
   these are not guaranteed.


 * WHAT IF I NEED MORE INFORMATION ON A PRODUCT?
   
   Our product information is provided by our suppliers and is complete to the
   best of our knowledge. If more information is needed, please submit your
   questions via the Q & A section of the product page.


 * DOES BED BATH & BEYOND ACCEPT RETURNS?
   
   You can set up a return for most new and unused products within 30 days of
   its delivery. For more details, please review our Standard Return Policy.
   Overstock purchases made before August 31st are eligible for return following
   the Standard Return Policy. Bed Bath & Beyond purchases made before August
   1st 2023 were considered final sale and cannot be returned.


 * WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
   
   In general, your item should ship within 1-2 business days and should be
   delivered to you within 6 business days of your order. Please know this
   timeframe does not apply to Oversized items, custom made items, and others as
   indicated on the product page.


 * WHY IS MY TRACKING NOT SHOWING UPDATES?
   
   Please allow 24-48 hours from your shipping confirmation email for the
   tracking information to update. Please be aware that USPS tracking may not
   show tracking updates until the item has been delivered.
