WEEKEND GETAWAY

PLEASANT STOP IN THE MIDDLE KEYS
Nice Courtyard by Marriott. A little more expensive than it should have
been, but overall, very nice. Did not like the breakfast setup. Very
expensive for very average food and poor service. Pool area was fantastic.
They used Dish network and did not have two of the four main networks on TV
which limited Saturday Football viewing, but the waterfront bar next door
(still part of the larger resort) did and saved the day, allowing me to sit
waterfront and watch the Buckeye's.

WE DIDN’T WANT TO LEAVE!
We had a lovely time at Courtyard Faro Blanco Resort. The rooms are large
and clean, the views are fantastic, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The only downsides were that the hot tub was broken the whole time we were
there, the pool bar drinks were expensive, and the parking was $20/day even
though it’s in a location where you have to have a car.

SUPER CLEAN AMAZING HOTEL
This hotel was incredibly clean, smelled great, and had awesome amenities.
The beach was stunning with a cozy seating area right by the shore. The
pool, especially the infinity pool, was beautiful. Overall, my stay was
fantastic. The only downside was that, despite my titanium status and
request for an upgrade, I ended up in the same room I originally booked. No
complaints—I just wish the upgrade had gone through.

BETTER THAN WE EXPECTED.
The hotel was clean, and well layed out with an infinity pool and small
quait little beach area. Complimentary sunset drinks. Rooms were spacious
and nicely designed, with ocean views.

GREAT STAY AT THIS PLACE!
We spent a few days in the Keys, and had a great stay in this hotel! Rooms
were great, and so was the friendly staff! Especially Tom, the manager,

VERY NICE BUT DISAPPOINTED
The hotel is beautiful. The staff is excellent. Yadida, at the bar is above
and beyond. However I am disappointed at the changes made when merging with
Faro Blanco. All the reasons for avoiding Faro Blanco, have now
materialized at Courtyard.

DIRTY ROOMS, RUDE STAFF
We will never stay at this property again. The room was filthy, shower and
floors unclean, and stains everywhere. We had several issues with the
electronics not working. The “engineer” entered our room even though he was
told a woman and child were in there sleeping. The manager laughed about
this and said she told him to not go to the room at that time since we were
sleeping - but he did it anyway and that makes it worse. After not getting
an actual resolution for any of the issues we filed a complaint with Bonvoy
and the hotel management lied about our interactions and said they were
yelled at. We are still waiting on a resolution to our complaint as well,
the hotel keeps saying it’s resolved (according to Bonvoy) when we haven’t
received a single point back to our account. We did not feel safe nor clean
at this property and after our interactions with a few of the staff we felt
uncomfortable being there. We will go out of our way to avoid this property
and would never recommend it to anyone.
