WISTERIA SOCIETY OF LADY SCOUNDRELS’ by India Holton so let’s just get into it
Feast your eyes on the vibes: Stardust meets My Lady Jane meets Bridgerton meets
Ella Enchanted historical fantasy romance but make it chaos part of a trilogy
ladies who drink a lot of tea & are also pirates lots of Bronte references
madman pirate grumpy/sunshine romance vibes he’s a golden retriever rake all the
banter plus some more I think I did quite a good job there, because I certainly

hi hello friends! What’s your most recent read and what did you rate it? Well I
do say sir, it certainly took you long enough to read this one innit? Blimey,
you should do something about that Hope you enjoyed that as much as I enjoyed
this book even though it’s taken me so long! But gosh was ‘THE WISTERIA SOCIETY
OF LADY SCOUNDRELS’ by India Holton so worth the wait and you all need to drop
everything you’re doing to this whacky historical fantasy romance RIGHT NOW I
really don’t know how to explain the concept of this book to you without
confusing us all but it essentially there’s a society of lady pirates who fly
houses as ships who want to kill each other. And then there’s Cecilia whose evil
father is on the hunt for her as well as a charming assassin sent by another of
the ladies. Plus her aunt is kidnapped and she must go and rescue her from other
pirates I absolutely adore fantasy stories that make next to no sense so this
was RIGHT UP MY ALLEY. Yes the writing is as freaking hilarious as the premise
suggests. As is the banter which is jawdroppingly amazing and I’m obsessed. This
book was just everything I wanted it to be and more and I’m so excited to
continue the series If you’re looking Stardust meets My Lady Jane vibes
featuring this whacky plot, grumpy/sunshine romance and soooo much wit, you’ve
come to right book Huge thanks to @peng for the review copy! I just posted an
