providing biofeedback treatment. Our passionate, caring staff members combine

About Us


NEUROFEEDBACK

Neurofeedback is a tool used to gather information on brain function by
monitoring the brain’s electrical activity. Neurofeedback has proven to be an
effective technique to help patients better manage a wide range of physical and
mental health issues.

The typical neurofeedback session involves sensors being applied to the
patient’s scalp to measure activity in different areas of the brain.
Electroencephalography, or EEG biofeedback equipment collects the data from
those sensors and displays it on a monitor. By understanding how the patient’s
brain is functioning, the therapist can then help to “re-train” the brain and
help the patient achieve more favorable electrical patterns.


BIOFEEDBACK

Biofeedback helps patients learn to control the functions of his or her body,
such as heart rate. A patient is outfitted with electrical sensors that provide
therapists with data that can help them understand how the patient’s brain is
working. The technique is used to help treat a variety of conditions – such as
migraine headaches, chronic pain and many more – without the need for
medications or invasive surgical procedures.

There are several advantages biofeedback and neurofeedback treatments can offer
