Bry-Air Low Dew Point (LDP) Dehumidifiers is the ideal solution for battery cell
manufacturing. They are the perfect solution for moisture menace in your high
demand Dry Rooms, critical for lithium battery manufacturing.
These high energy saving, customized environmental control equipment – Low Dew
Point Dehumidifiers (LDP) along with Dry Rooms can control moisture levels
from-40°C to -80°C dew point depending on the hygroscopic material processing
being carried out. Tailored exclusively for Lithium Battery manufacturing and
embedded with Patented Technology, the LDP from Bry-Air is the most energy
efficient dehumidifier for <1% RH dry rooms.
The Super LDP & Green DryPurge (GDP) dehumidifiers are specially designed and
engineered to control moisture levels and have the shortest manufacturing lead
time vis-a-vis any competitor product available in the world. The equipment is
manufactured under the modular approach leading to ease in transportation,
faster dispatch and better inventory management. Assembling on site is far
simpler due to the extensive years of R&D put behind making some of the best low
dew point desiccant dehumidifiers installed and functioning smoothly across the
globe.
Ours is the largest dedicated manufacturing facility in the world for special
lithium-ion cell manufacturing dehumidifiers. We have an actual working dry room
at one of our facilities in Gurugram, India and dedicated lab for testing low
dew point desiccant unit configurations.
