Dear Richard,

Productivity is currently one of the biggest challenges facing UK businesses and
solving the productivity puzzle is complicated. We are collaborating with Brands
with Values, an organisation specialising in culture assessment, to delve into
the complex relationship between culture and engagement and their impact on
productivity.

There's still time for you to participate in our research by completing a brief
Culture Decoder survey. The survey will take you approximately 6-8 minutes to
complete and can be accessed using the button below. The survey closes this week
on Friday 10 November.

Brands with Values’ Culture Decoder is a scientifically-led, values-based
assessment tool designed to identify the observed and desired culture within
organisations, and assess levels of cultural alignment.

I’m really excited about learning more about how culture and behaviours can
address the productivity puzzle. Thank you in advance for taking the time to be
a part of this valuable research - it’s greatly appreciated - and we look
forward to sharing the outputs of our research with you in the new year.
