General Season Pass FAQs
How do I process and receive my Season Pass ID card?
Take your Season Pass e-ticket to any turnstile at the gate to process and
receive your Season pass ID card. If you purchased a Gold or Platinum pass, you
can take your e-ticket to any turnstile at either Knott’s Berry Farm or Soak
City Waterpark to receive your pass ID card. Processing at Soak City is only
available on regular operating days during the season.
Can my add-ons be used by anyone other than myself?
Season Pass add-ons such as All Season Dining, All Season Drink Plan or All
Season Parking are passholder specific and can only be used by the passholder
who has them on the pass. Season Passes, add-ons, and any benefits associated
with the pass are non-transferrable.
I forgot my pass. What can I do?
You can visit the Information Center and receive a temporary pass for the day.
This service is provided two times at no charge. After two temporary passes have
been given, a replacement pass will need to be purchased for $15.
You can also download the Knott’s Berry Farm mobile app and upload then store
your passes digitally in the app. You would then simply show your passes on your
phone at the turnstile.
I lost my pass. What can I do?
If you have lost your pass, you can visit the Information Center and purchase a
replacement pass for $15.
When is my 2021 Season Pass valid?
If you purchased your Season Pass and Add-ons on or before May 5, 2021, they
will be valid any public operating day through May 5, 2022.
If you purchased your Season Pass and Add-ons after May 5, 2021, they will be
valid any public operating day through December 31, 2021.
When is my 2022 Season Pass valid?
If purchased by December 17, 2021, your 2022 Season Pass is valid from the date
of purchase through December 17, 2021 PLUS all of 2022.
When can I use my unlimited visits in 2021 for new passholders?
If purchased by December 17, 2021, you can visit any daytime public operating
date through December 17, 2021. If you purchased a Platinum Pass, you can visit
any Cedar Fair park any public operating day, subject to park operating
calendars, through December 17, 2021.
I am a new passholder, can I visit between December 18 – 31 2021?
If you purchased your new pass by December 17, 2021, you can visit any daytime
public operating day through December 17, 2021. If you’d like to visit between
December 18 – 31, you can do so for just $14.99 per visit per passholder.
My Season Pass has been extended due to the park closure, do I need to renew
now?

If you renewed to a 2022 pass and chose add-ons, your add-ons will be valid thru

How do I get the Bring-a-Friend ticket for renewing to a 2022 pass?
If renewed by Nov. 4, 2021, you will receive one Bring-a-Friend ticket that can
be used any daytime public operating day through December 17, 2021. To redeem
your ticket, simply take your renewed season pass to any ticket booth on the
date you’d like to use your ticket. Bring-a-Friend tickets are valid on the day
redeemed only.

Single Meal Deal
Enjoy an entree, side and a fountain drink.
All Day Dining
Guests with All Day Dining will receive a wristband at any of the participating
locations and enjoy an entree and side as often as every 90 minutes! Drinks are
not included. However, we offer a Souvenir Bottle online at the best price
available.
All Day Dining Premium
Guests with All Day Dining Premium will receive a wristband valid for a select
entrée & side, or snack, as often as every 90 minutes at participating locations
and a souvenir bottle valid for FREE refills on refreshing Coca-Cola beverages
every 15 minutes all day long. Plus, pay only $1 (tax included) for each refill
when you visit again during the season.
All Season Dining
When you purchase the All Season Dining Plan, it will be automatically added to
your Season Pass. Simply present your pass at any participating location. You'll
enjoy lunch and dinner at the park, with a 4 hour interval between each meal.
Drinks are not included but we do offer a separate Souvenir Bottle online at the
best price available.

Single Meal Deal

All Day Dining Plan

bottle for refill as often as every 15 minutes.
All Season Dining
Guests with All Season Dining will automatically have it included on their
Season Pass. Simply present your season pass at any of the participating
locations throughout the park and enjoy lunch and dinner (with only a 4 hour
interval between meals) every time you visit. Drinks are not included but we

All Season Dining added to a Season Pass is only valid for redemption
exclusively by the registered passholder. Once All Season Dining is linked to a

Are drinks included with Dining Plans?
A drink is included with the Single Meal Deal.
While the All Day Dining Plan doesn't include drinks, a Souvenir Bottle can be
purchased online or at the park. Save when you purchase the Souvenir Bottle
online. The Souvenir Bottle includes free refills all day long on your first
visit and $1 (taxes included) refills for the rest of the season! In addition,
an All Season Long Souvenir Bottle is available online or at the park and
includes unlimited refills all season long. Enjoy refreshing Coca-Cola beverages
including Boysenberry Punch, Minute Maid Lemonade, POWERADE and iced tea all day

present your Platinum Pass at any participating food locations during your park
visit to enjoy lunch and dinner (with only a 4 hour interval time between meals)
and free refills with your Souvenir Bottle (with only a 15 minute interval
between refills). All Season Dining is NOT valid at Schlitterbahn New Braunfels
or Schlitterbahn Galveston.

If I forget my All Season Souvenir Bottle, can I use my Season Pass card to get
beverages for the day?
The All Season Souvenir Bottle and Season Pass Drink Plan are two separate
programs. You will not be able to use your Season Pass card if you forget your
bottle.
I purchased a Season Pass Drink Plan online, but have not redeemed for the first
Drink Plan refill. Can I switch to the All Season Bottle?
If you prefer the All Season Souvenir Bottle, visit Guest Services during your
first visit in 2022 and receive your souvenir bottle. Exchange fee may apply.
I already have my Season Pass and would like to add the drink program, where can
I purchase it?
You can purchase an All Season Souvenir Bottle or the Season Pass Drink Plan
online or at the park.
I tried the All Season Souvenir Bottle, but would prefer to use the Season Pass
Drink Plan instead. Am I able to switch?
Visit Guest Services at the park, and for a $2.99 exchange fee, you can be
switched over to the bottle free program. The barcode on your bottle will be
deactivated, and you can start to use your Season Pass immediately for your
refills.
How many refills can I get each day with a Souvenir Bottle or Season Pass Drink
Plan?
You may refill as often as you like with a time window of 15 minutes between
refills.
May I refill my Season Pass Drink Plan cup or do I need to receive a new paper
cup with each refill?
Yes, if you would like to refill the same disposable paper cup after the 15
minute waiting period, bring it back to a beverage location and an associate can
help you.
What happens if my All Season Souvenir Bottle is lost or stolen? Can it be
replaced?
Visit Guest Services at the park and for a $5 replacement charge your bottle can
be replaced. The barcode on the lost/stolen bottle will be deactivated so that
it can no longer be used, and you can start to use your new bottle immediately.
Deactivation and replacement can only be done if the All Season Souvenir Bottle
has been added to a valid Season Pass, and can only be requested by the pass
holder. Souvenir bottles not associated to a Season Pass cannot be deactivated
and replaced.
If I lose/forget my Season Pass, can I still use my Season Pass Drink Plan?
If you lose your Season Pass, Guest Services can help you replace your Season
Pass card for $15 and activate the Season Pass Drink Plan on your new pass.
If you forget your Season Pass, please stop at any ticket window located at the
Front Gate. With proper identification a temporary pass will be issued to you.
The temporary pass is only valid for that day and will have the Season Pass
Drink Plan attached. Only two temporary passes are allowed per Season Pass per
year.
Can I add the Season Pass Drink Plan to any pass type?
The Season Pass Drink Plan can be added to all Season Pass types, except Knott's
Scary Farm passes.
Season Pass Drink Plan added to a Season Pass is only valid for redemption
exclusively by the registered passholder. Once Season Pass Drink Plan is linked
to a Season Pass, it is non-transferable. In order for benefits to be redeemed,
the Season Pass must be used for admission on the same date.
Will my Season Pass Drink Plan or All Season Souvenir Bottle work at all Cedar
Fair parks?
Yes, present your All Season Souvenir Bottle or your Season Pass if you have the
Season Pass Drink Plan at any Cedar Fair park to enjoy the same refill benefits.
Can I use my Souvenir Bottle or Season Pass Drink Plan every time I visit?
You can use these on any public operating day, and the programs are valid for
the regular season, as well as Knott's Scary Farm.
Season Pass Locker Rental Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Season Pass to purchase the Season Pass Locker Rental Program?
Yes, because the system checks the barcode of your Pass when you redeem, this
program is only available to Season Pass Holders.
I have a Platinum Pass, can I use the Season Pass Locker Rental Program at other
Cedar Fair parks?
Unfortunately, there are no Platinum options for this program. The Season Pass
Locker Rentals will only be available at Knott's Berry Farm at this time.
Will I get the same locker each visit using the Season Pass Locker Rental
Program?
Lockers are assigned randomly on a first come, first serve basis by the kiosk,
so you will have a different locker each time you redeem your rental.
Does the Season Pass Locker Rental Program guarantee a locker for me?
While sellouts are rare, they occasionally occur on high volume dates. The
program does not guarantee that a Standard locker will be available for you at
all times of day in your preferred locker location. If you are visiting on a
busy day, please plan to arrive early and redeem your rental soon after you
arrive.
Do I have to carry a key for the Season Pass Locker Rental Program?
When you scan your Season Pass at the locker kiosk, you will create a 4-digit
PIN that will open your locker. Do not share your PIN with anyone outside your
party. You will be asked to create a PIN each time you redeem your rental.
I have a lot of stuff. Can I get a discount on a larger locker with the Season
Pass Locker Rental Program?
Due to limited capacity, discounts are not available on Large and Jumbo lockers.
Can I leave items in my locker overnight using the Season Pass Locker Rental
Program?
Please empty your locker prior to leaving the park. All lockers reset overnight
and will be issued to a different guest the following operating day. Items left
in the locker overnight will be removed and taken to the main information
center.
I plan to visit Knott's Berry Farm in the evening after Knott's Soak
City closes. Will I still be able to access my locker using the Season Pass
Locker Rental Program?
You can obtain a locker at Knott’s Berry Farm after you have discontinued use of
your locker at Soak City.
Can I get a locker during Scary Farm or Merry Farm with the Season Pass Locker
Rental Program?
Yes, subject to availability.
Can I move my locker from one rental location to another in the same day with
the Season Pass Locker Rental Program?
Your Season Pass Locker Rental is only good once per day, per park, so you will
not be able to move your rental after you redeem for the day in either Knott’s
Berry Farm or Knott's Soak City. You can redeem a Knott’s Berry Farm Locker
after Knott’s Soak City has closed for the day.

Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet
Applications) technique, alongside various behavioral changes, to ensure blind
users visiting with screen-readers can read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s
functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they
immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can
browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of
the most important screen-reader requirements:
1. Screen-reader optimization: we run a process that learns the website’s
components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when
updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with
meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide
accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons,

schemes of titles, texts, and backgrounds with over seven different coloring
options.
3. Animations – epileptic users can stop all running animations with the click
of a button. Animations controlled by the interface include videos, GIFs,
and CSS flashing transitions.
4. Content highlighting – users can choose to emphasize essential elements such
as links and titles. They can also choose to highlight focused or hovered
elements only.
5. Audio muting – users with hearing devices may experience headaches or other
issues due to automatic audio playing. This option lets users mute the
entire website instantly.
6. Cognitive disorders – we utilize a search engine linked to Wikipedia and
Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of
phrases, initials, slang, and others.
7. Additional functions – we allow users to change cursor color and size, use a
printing mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions.
Assistive technology and browser compatibility
We aim to support as many browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so
our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as
possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major
systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share, including Google
Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS, and NVDA
(screen readers), both for Windows and MAC users.
