ABOUT GOODNESS REMEDIES

Continuing to celebrate and honor the goodness of nature and the human heart.
Nancy Engel is a Medical Aromatherapist trained in the South of France by a
French medical doctor, a German chemist and Australian Naturopath. She has
worked on the harvests in both France and Turkey and has studied aromatic plants
for over 25 years. She is a teacher and lecturer and has received two SBA
awards, and was nominated for an Avon award and has been featured in the Boston
Globe, Washington Post, Chronicle, PBS, and Parade Magazine. Prior to her
retirement to Costa Rica, she trained and continues to mentor Christina Sutter
to be able to provide the same high standards and offerings that Nancy
established. She is committed to preserving the same formulas, designs, and
dedication to quality that have been the hallmark of this business. Our products
will continue to be crafted with the same attention to detail and commitment to
using the highest-quality suppliers. Rest assured, the traditions and standards
that you have come to trust will remain unchanged.

You can purchase your items online and either pick them up in Scituate or ship
them directly to your doorstep. We have a partnership with USPS o make sure your
orders get to you on time. At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered
item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also
choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional
fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address,
availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.


SENDING A GIFT?

We are delighted to include a handwritten note with each specially packaged
purchase. At checkout there is a comments box — please let us know that this is
a gift and include your gift message. Please note that we are unable to ship
single orders to multiple addresses at this time. Gift Cards coming soon!


RETURNS AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We're here to make things right.
Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All return
orders must be pre-approved and will be processed for online credit. Please
ensure items are in the same condition as when you received them and returned
within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns should include proof of purchase
and a shipping receipt. Damages | Incorrect Orders If you experience any
shipping damage, please save the contents and box, and take a photo of it.

are any mistakes with your order, we will take the necessary steps to correct
