 * WHAT IS AIRASIA RIDE?
   
   airasia ride is a new e-hailing service provided by airasia. Order a ride
   directly from AirAsia MOVE.


 * WHAT IS PRE-BOOK AIRPORT RIDES?
   
   Pre-Book Airport Rides is a new service provided by airasia ride,
   specifically designed for travelers.


 * HOW DO I REGISTER?
   
   To register, install and launch AirAsia MOVE on your phone.
   If you already have an airasia rewards account, sign in and ensure your phone
   number is verified.
   If you don't have an account, you can sign up directly from the app. Once
   signed in, tap on the ‘Ride’ tile on the homescreen to get started.


 * IN WHICH COUNTRIES IS PRE-BOOK AIRPORT RIDE AVAILABLE?
   
   - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
   - Chiang Mai, Thailand
   - Bali, Indonesia


 * WHERE CAN I USE AIRASIA RIDE SERVICE?
   
   airasia ride Thailand now available only at Chiang Mai Airport. Up-coming
   other airport is coming soon!


 * CAN I STILL PRE-BOOK A RIDE FROM THAILAND TO MALAYSIA?
   
   Absolutely! Pre-booking rides for travel from Thailand to Malaysia through
   our app remains unaffected. Simply choose your desired destination and date
   within the app, and we'll gladly accommodate your journey.


 * WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE PAYMENT METHODS?
   
   airasia ride supports credit/debit card payments. To use a credit/debit card,
   add the card to your in-app wallet before making a booking.


 * WHAT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE ON AIRASIA RIDE?
   
   airasia ride offers a variety of services such as Anyride, Compact, Taxi,
   LadiesONLY, Minivan, Premium, Xtra, Xtra+, and Xtra Premium.


 * HOW DO I ENTER A PROMO CODE?
   
   To enter a promo code, simply tap on the "More" option button (indicated as 3
   dots) on the booking page and insert the promo code in the provided box.


 * WHEN SHOULD I BOOK AN AIRPORT RIDE?
   
   Yes, passengers can book up to 7 days in advance and at least 24 hours before
   departure. When on the Ride page, choose 'Schedule' instead of 'Now', located
   at the top left of the screen, and select the preferred date and time.


 * WHAT HAPPENS IF A PRE-BOOK AIRPORT RIDE GETS CANCELLED?
   
   In the event of a cancelled pre-booked ride, the system will automatically
   search for a new driver. If no driver is available, passengers will be
   promptly notified of the cancellation.


 * HOW CAN I CHECK IF MY PRE-BOOK AIRPORT RIDE IS CONFIRMED?
   
   You can check the status of your order under the "Orders" section.


 * WHERE DO I MEET MY DRIVER?
   
   You will meet your driver at the designated pickup point.


 * HOW DO I TRACK THE DRIVER'S LOCATION?
   
   Once your booking request is accepted, you can track the position of the
   driver on the map.


 * WHAT IF MY FLIGHT GETS DELAYED?
   
   If your flight is delayed, you should inform the driver about the delay. If
   they cannot accommodate the new timing, you will need to cancel and book
   another ride accordingly.


 * WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DRIVER CANCELS THE BOOKING?
   
   If your driver cancels the booking, airasia ride will automatically search
   for another driver to complete your booking.


 * WILL I GET REFUNDED IF MY BOOKING GETS CANCELLED?
   
   Yes, a refund will be issued should your booking gets cancelled.


 * HOW CAN I CONTACT MY DRIVER?
   
   You may call or message your driver via the in-app features.


 * WHO PAYS FOR ANY TOLLS INCURRED DURING THE TRIP?
   
   The passengers will borne toll costs.


 * WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DRIVER GETS INTO AN ACCIDENT?
   
   If there are no physical injuries to the passenger, they can book another
   ride to continue their journey. If the passenger experiences any physical
   injuries, the driver's e-hailing insurance will cover the passenger's medical
   costs. airasia ride will assist and provide relevant information to proceed
   with the claims.


 * WHAT DO PASSENGERS GET WHEN THEY COMPLETE THE RIDE WITH AIRASIA RIDE?
   
   Passengers earn airasia points. Every THB 20 spent equals to 1 point.
