   ORDERS OF PROTECTION

   cause you to fear bodily harm. If you are being hurt or threatened with harm,
   your partner is breaking the law. An Order of Protection is a court order.
   It’s signed by a judge and says the person who has hurt you or threatened you

   ADDRESS CONFIDENTIALITY PROGRAM
   
   Click here to visit the Address Confidentiality Program (ACP). The ACP is
   administered by the Montana Attorney General’s Office and provides an
   important service to residents of Montana who are victims of domestic
   violence, sexual assault or stalking.
   
   The program is designed to provide assistance to qualifying victims wishing
   to protect their address by providing the victim with a substitute address.
   The goal of the program is to contribute to a victim’s overall safety.
