Manufacturing is in a fight with other industries for new employees. The PMA
Lone Star District is making certain that Texas manufacturing comes out in
front.

Join the PMA Lone Star District on December 7 for a State of Texas Manufacturing
Workforce Development Panel Discussion and Collin College Technical Campus Tour.
We will break down recruitment and training options, discuss what works best for
your situation and address overcoming learning barriers.

Designed for metalforming manufacturing executives and human resource managers,
attendance to this event is at no charge and limited to 80 people. Register

WHAT TO EXPECT

KNOW THE INS-AND-OUTS TO ATTRACT, TRAIN AND RETAIN EMPLOYEES

The PMA workforce development team, along with PMA's One Voice advocacy team and
local workforce experts from manufacturing, education and government, will break
down recruitment and funding options, and outline a resource path to train and
place employees for long-term success, connecting you with key local contacts.

TOUR COLLIN COLLEGE TECHNICAL CAMPUS

All of this takes place on the grounds of Collin College, where we will tour the
technical campus and learn about its commitment to growing manufacturing talent
through new developments and its partnership with PMA.

Johnson, along with new PMA Lone Star District officers, PMA's One Voice
