”CX-90”


Tokyo, April 24, 2023 --- Vehicle Energy Japan Inc. (Representative Director,

to as “VE-J”) ’s lithium-ion battery systems have been adopted for the new
crossover SUV, the “CX-90”. This has been launched in April, 2023 by Mazda Motor
Corporation (Representative Director; President and CEO (Chief Executive
Officer)：Akira Marumoto/ Headquarter in Japan, hereinafter referred to as
“Mazda”).

Notice of Completion of a Share Transfer from INCJ to Nissan
and a New Share Subscription by Nissan, and Change of Director


Tokyo, November 30, 2022 --- INCJ, Ltd. (President and COO Member of the Board:
Mikihide Katsumata/ Headquarters TOKYO, Japan, hereinafter "INCJ"), a major
shareholder of Vehicle Energy Japan Inc. (Representative Director, President and
CEO : Hiroshi Ikeuchi/ Head office IBARAKI, Japan, hereinafter “VE-J”), has
completed to transfer all of the common shares to Nissan Motor Co., Ltd.
(Representative executive officer, President and CEO: Makoto Uchida/
Headquarters YOKOHAMA, Japan, hereinafter "Nissan").
In addition, Nissan has completed new common shares subscription that VE-J has
issued. VE-J hereby announces that VE-J has become a consolidated subsidiary of
Nissan with that.

been launched in Japan on September 15, 2022 by Mazda Motor Corporation

adopted for the E-TECH HYBRID of “CAPTUR”. Renault Captur was launched for
European market on March 24, 2021 by Renault s.a.s. (CEO：Luca de Meo /
Headquarter in France) and has been launched in Japan on September 1, 2022.

adopted for the E-TECH HYBRID of “LUTECIA”. Its European Model “CLIO E-TECH
HYBRID” was already launched in Europe in June 2020 by Renault s.a.s. (CEO：Luca
de Meo / Headquarter in France) and has been released in Japan as “LUTECIA
E-TECH HYBRID”.

a no-compromise hybrid SUV launched in summer 2019.
