SHORT STAY THAT DISAPPOINTED
We stayed in this hotel recently and got offered an upgrade, which wasn’t
really one as we got a room in the area where there are some renovations
but the bigger issue was that there was a housekeeping closet right next
door. From 6 am we were woken up by the staff who were going in and out of
the closet and were slamming the door.
The rooms are also outdated and if you don’t like soft mattress then avoid
the hotel.

helps us to understand where we can improve to ensure each guest feels
valued and comfortable.
It’s wonderful to know that you enjoyed our breakfast, however, I am
regret to hear that the room upgrade did not meet your expectations and
that the nearby housekeeping closet caused disturbances during your
stay. I understand how important a peaceful and restful environment is,
especially during early morning hours. Please rest assured that we will
review our housekeeping procedures to minimize noise around guest rooms
in the future.
Regarding the refurbishment, we are strongly committed to updating our

AWESOME STAY AT THE WESTIN RESORT NUSA DUA
It was an awesome stay for us. Will likely stay there again when we go back
to Bali.
The staff were accommodating especially the following people who made out
stay memorable: Jerry, Dwi, Artana, Wastika, Warshita, and Fauzan.
The receptionist who checked us in was excellent in making us feel the
welcomed.

WESTIN NUSA DUA - FAMILY OF 5
Thank you for having us at such a wonderful resort that had everything we
needed And was close and easy to access shops, restaurants, and other
cultural activities. We love spending time on the waterslide, the buffet
breakfast with its beautiful healthy options and gigantic range of foods
and cuisines, we also loved the staff and felt very well looked after in a
clean and extremely well kept resort. 10 out of 10 highly recommend. We
look forward to returning!

STAY AT WESTIN NUSA DUA
The hotel rooms and equipments were excellent.
Location is gorgeous with a direct access to the beach.
The quality of the service by all the hotel team (reception, waiters, Cook,
spa, managers) were top and made a big difference with others hotels of
this category.

MEMORABLE FIRST VISIT TO BALI.
We attended an international conference in Bali, and it was our first
visit. Staying at the Westin Bali was a great choice. We initially booked a
deluxe room but were upgraded to a premium room, which was fantastic. The
resort has two distinct pools and a private beach, with a scenic walkway
along the shoreline that leads to Bali Collection.
