Jedna od kompanija kojoj su ljudi i sve ono sto je ljudsko na prvom mestu. Sam
HR postupak je zasnovan na tome da li se neko uklapa u kulturu firme i to je
osnova za tehnicki intervju. Kolege su veoma otvorene za pomoc kako iz
kancelarije tako sa ostalih sajtova. Menadzment je otvoren u komunikaciji sa
zaposlenim po svim pitanjima, kako poslovnim tako i privatnim. Projekti na
kojima se radi su poslednja rec tehnologije i moze dosta da se nauci.

primul interviu adevarat in IT pe care l-am avut pentru pozitia de Frontend
Developer dupa ce am facut o reconversie profesionala. Am avut atat o discutie
libera in romana, engleza dar si niste intrebari tehnice legate de diferite
subiecte, HTML, CSS, JS. Chiar am simtit ca m-am conectat cu celalalt developer
dar si cu manager-ul de project si feedback-ul a fost foarte rapid, la maxim o
