Lindsay Blair has cultivated 13 years of experience of working in the real
estate and construction industry. She has spent that last decade exploring and
diversifying her experience within the industry through the vast avenues there
are in real estate and the construction industry. Lindsay contributes her
success through experienced based learning and growth; she has trusted and
allowed herself to dive deep into the many forms of investing in real estate and
developing real estate to achieve a large range of knowledge and expertise. She
has furthered her growth by working in the finance sector of real estate for a
number of years, and continues to grow and advance her credentials in this
field. She carries with her an educational background in accounting and
mathematics and has started her path towards hopefully obtaining her law degree.

Lindsay firmly believes in first hand experience as the best teacher and source
of knowledge. She carries with her a vast amount of first hand experience that
she further grows and learns from continuously, and speaks to this first hand
experience in combination with her educational and credentials.

Lindsay is actively involved in working collaboratively with local municipal
governments on creating affordability initiatives, bringing awareness to the
issue of affordable and accessibility in housing, and works and hand with local
volunteers helping those who need housing. Through these initiatives she has
been fortunate to work along side stakeholders and government programs to
develop housing projects, help guide housing policy, and speak to the issues
about development that need to be overcome to help create more affordable and
accessible housing. Lindsay has lead the way for developers in some
municipalities in showcasing how developers can work hand and hand with towns to
create smart development that meets the needs of the community that it is built
in while being mindful of the financial needs to make a project successful. She
truly believes that development by private developers can achieve successful
financially and be a positive and integral piece in a community.
