Tahiti Tourisme North America (TTNA) is pleased to announce we are hosting
Tahiti Receptions in 8 cities across Canada and the U.S. These events feature a
comprehensive half-day destination training and networking opportunities for
Travel Advisors and Certified Tahiti Specialists® in our Tahiti Specialist
Program® (TSP).

For Entry Level Travel Advisors in our Tahiti Specialist Program
We have created an enhanced destination review taking a deep dive into The
Islands of Tahiti to emphasize cultural highlights, activities, products
(presentations by the Partner reps), niche markets, itinerary building, Tahitian
personalities, and the benefits of the TSP.

For Certified Tahiti Specialists (Level 1-3)
CTS can register to have prescheduled 1:1 meetings with participating Partners
to discuss potential business or a specific booking or client. In between
appointments CTS may attend the Destination Training Workshop or enjoy the
hospitality area with other CTS and Partners.

   Mandatory for all Entry Level Travel Advisors
 * 1:00 pm – 1:1 Meetings* for Certified Tahiti Specialists®

 * 3:15 pm – Destination Training and 1:1 Meetings (continued)
 * 5:00 pm – Wine Reception with the Partners
 * 6:30 pm – End

*Must be CTS Level 1-3 to register for 1:1 Meetings. 1:1 Meetings are intended
for CTS to discuss potential business, specific issue(s), group, client, or
booking; they are not for general information or product training.
Must be registered by April 11th to guarantee 1:1 Meeting appointments.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Retail Travel Advisors must be registered in the Tahiti Specialist Program and
reach Entry Level by completing the two e-learning modules. A “2023 TAHITI
RECEPTIONS” registration button will appear on the Advisor’s profile page once
the minimum requirement has been met. Click on the registration button to
activate the process; you will receive an email containing a link to your
registration form. There is no fee to register.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not selected the date and city for the Reception you
wish to attend, you have not completed registration!

Not enrolled in Tahiti Specialist Program?

 * Click here

Complete E-learning and quizzes (if applicable) and ensure that all information
on your profile is up to date.

Your registration will be based on that info.

Find the “2022 TSC” button on your profile page.



PLEASE NOTE:
IF BUTTON NOT VISIBLE= you must first complete the e-learning modules in TSP.

Once you’ve clicked the button on your profile page, an email will automatically
be generated and sent to your email account under your Tahiti Specialist Program
profile; you must open that email and click the link to complete your
registration.

Go to your inbox and find the 2023 Tahiti Receptions Registration Link email;
click on the button to take you to your registration form.




You will notice that your profile information has already been completed for
you!

You will need to make a selection for the Date and City of the reception you
wish to attend.




Last, indicate your Session choice:

 * Entry Level advisors will automatically attend the Destination Training.
 * Certified Tahiti Specialist levels 1 or 2, you have a choice of attending the
   Destination Training, or 1:1 Meetings with our Partners.
 * Certified Tahiti Specialist level 3, you have the choice of attending the
   Destination Training, 1:1 Meetings, or the reception only.
