professional, and obviously interested in customer service. They got the work on
my car done quickly and did an excellent job. I was also impressed by the fact
that every day I got an email or text updating me on the status of the repair on

which has been a rarity in my experience with body repair shops. I recommend

**UPDATE** Gilbert got in touch with me last night and met up with me first
thing this morning and resolved all issues before I had to leave town. He also
had his team take care of a few other issues that were unrelated. I appreciate
what was done to resolve my issues and just some advice, keep that other guy
away from up front with customers that way he doesn't ... tarnish your good
reputation.I had my car taken to Select One Automotive & Collision Center to
have the repairs done through my insurance company. The car was dropped off just
before mid January 2021. I finally got my car back three months later after mid
April, which is not the complaint. I realized that the center steering wheel
cover where the horn is was protruding out on the left side substantially, while
I was detailing the inside. I immediately took it to Select One to see if they
could help out for concern of a safety issue since the airbag is in there as
well. The response I got from the tall bald guy that was running the shop at the
time was "we wouldn't have let it out of here like that we'll have to get with
the insurance company to see if they want to pay for it if they think it was
part of the accident". Didn't hardly look at it to see what was going on and no
concern for my well being having to drive it even though they say "they back
their work a lifetime". Very disappointed in the treatment from this shop and
not even pulling my information to get it resolved.  read more

Gilbert Martinez (owner), and Andre (manager), and the entire staff at Select
One Automotive & Collision are nothing short of AMAZING. I hit a cement post in
a parking lot while driving our 2007 Honda Element. The front of our car got
really crunched. We filed a claim, and Gilbert and Andre worked hand in hand
with our insurance company. The whole front end ... had to be disassembled, the
frame was damaged; lots of body work, alignment, parts, mechanical repairs,
paint, had to be done. Long story short, we got our car back looking like new
and driving like a dream! We highly recommend Select One, they are professional,
pleasant, and the quality of their work is excellent. Since they also service
cars, they have not seen the last of us! We will take our Element, "The Dogster"

inspection although they said they couldn't do. I met with Andre who absolutely
professional and knew his job. He even let bring my car in before my scheduled

This company did an amazing job on my repairs. After I hit a deer and took out a
very large part of my front end of my 2021 Nissan they made it look as new as I
bought it. They kept me updated on all of the repair process and did it in a
very timely manner. With all body shops being full and months out, I was very

Select One was recommended to us from an auto repair shop and we are extremely
happy with the results. I didn't realize that there were material wait times to
get your car repaired and we found that Select 1's wait time was a few weeks
faster than a shop we had used many years before.Once they started working on
the car we received updates twice per week until t... he repair was complete.
They also handled the incremental adjustment with State Farm so we didn't have
to worry about it. We thought the car was going to be ready and they asked for a
couple of extra days to get the paint color exactly right. While they had
matched the factory color, the car had oxidized over the last six years.In
summary, they were very professional, communicated well, and delivered an

Took a tab bit longer than I like to get my car, BUT they MOST definitely take

These folks are the epitome of the professionalism that comes with small
business in America. This shop completely rebuilt my truck. They replaced a
totaled frame, and then moved the entire vehicle piece by piece onto the new
chassis. Though this was a timely process due to the extent of the man hours
required for this project, their work was always top notch, a... nd their prices
fair. They also do tune ups, oil changes, and regularly scheduled maintenance.
The attention to detail and precision that Andre and his team employ is second

Martinez met me at the front door with a smile. After checking my car he took on
himself to check the damage. After checking the damage he told me that no body
work was necessary. He cleaned the damage and polish the paint. After 15 min my

I simply made a phone call to them today and was extremely pleased. I spoke with
Andre (correct spelling?). This man had customer service skills beyond any auto
shop I’ve encountered. I used to live in SA for 12-13 years and even then, never
had an auto shop display a genuine care for their customers or potential
customers. Andre didn’t rush me off the phone, he ... answered my questions- and
thoroughly also, and he even went the extra mile to provide me with additional,
important information about my vehicle that Honda released in 2017 that was
relevant to the issues I am currently experiencing and that I appreciated being
informed of. Long story short, within the first minute of the phone call with
this place, I now understand why all the positive reviews. Great business

day one Aubri, RC and Andre were the BEST! They communicated with me every step
of the process with my car being repaired. I received bi-weekly email updates
along with a phone call to explain what was going on. Andre even stayed late (on
his anniversary/daughters birthday celebrat... ion) as I was stuck in traffic to

I found Select One in a frantic google search for someone help fix my door after
my car was broken into because it would no longer lock. The entire staff is
incredibly friendly. I went in for an estimate at the end of the day and they
took their time to go over everything with me and made sure I truly understood
what repairs I needed and the work involved. They d... id a quick fix to get the
lock to work for the night to make me feel more secure and were then able to
squeeze my few hour job into the next day after other shops said they couldn’t

Our car had front body and under carriage damage due to a minor one car
accident. I called Gilbert Martinez at Select One Collision. He promptly sent a
wrecker to pick up our vehicle. Upon inspection, Select One determined that the
oil pan had been damaged causing loss of oil and damage to the engine.It takes a
certain amount of diligence, inspection, being thor... ough and above all, care
for the customer’s vehicle repair to do the best job possible on a repair that
someone else might have missed. Although it took a bit longer than we
anticipated for our vehicle to be repaired, it was well worth the wait to have
it done right.I’m sure we all agree that it’s good to have trusted friends who
can be honest and fair with you, it’s even better to have those friends in a

Took my car in for some minor repairs that included polishing some scratched
areas, replacing and repairing bumpers and some repaint. Select One did an
amazing job. Charles was extremely helpful throughout the process. The staff
keeps you up to date during the process and the job got done even sooner than
expected. I even went back to get a ceramic coating since ... they had just done
all the equivalent prep work during the actual repair. Their price of the
ceramic coating was very reasonable and it was expertly applied by the owner
himself. They did such a good job that I brought my other car in to get a
ceramic coat done too. Will definitely recommend to anyone. I have taken
previous cars to work other body shops in the area, but Select One is by far the
