But we didn’t invent this concept—you may know it as a Giving Circle, a Funder Collaborative, or a Fundraising Circle. Whatever you call it, Grapevine is built for you. Why Grapevine is great for Giving Circles What does Grapevine cost? We don’t charge any platform fees, but our payment processor charges a discounted credit card fee of 2.2% + 30¢ per donation (3.5% for AmEx). If you’d like, you can leave an optional tip on your donation that supports Grapevine’s work. Are donations on Grapevine tax-deductible? Yes! All donations on Grapevine are to verified nonprofits in good standing with the IRS. You’ll receive a charitable gift receipt after you complete your donation.
