    i got this washer brand new november 2017. over the last year nasty flecks
    of mildew and mold have been coming off onto my clothes….using the self
    clean cycle doesn’t help much. using washing machine cleaner tablets doesn’t
    help much either. now after 4+ years a lot is coming off…to the point it
    ruined my bed comforter! turns out samsung washers trap mildew, mold and
    other nastiness under the basin of the machine where is collects and grows
    more and more and more!!!! there are lots of youtube videos showing the
    gross images! nor with samsung recall this washer and fix this issue! waste
    of money and ruined lots of clothes! do not buy this!

    CAN'T BE MORE HAPPIER

    could be happy about doing laundry again. This machines works hard to but
    quietly to clean large messes from my big dogs or small mess from family
    members. I love the presoak and options such as bedding, perm press and the
    option to download other settings like jeans. What is the wow factor is the
    app. You can program a load and change it on the fly. They make it so easy
    to wash the king linens at one time and do it in the most efficient and
    waster saving way. This machine works for any household, but for my very dog
    filled life, it is tops in my book. It allows you to enjoy doing laundry
    again

    that could handle stains, bulk and do it economical. this washer did not
    disappoint, i was able to wash large loads from my dogs with ease and was
    able to pick the correct cycle - it was a dream how well it did and quiet.
    when using it for clothes, it cleaned well and used the least amount of
    water. stains were not a problem. cycle adjust accordingly and i love that
    it lets me know either on my phone or tv that my was is done! this washer
    can be programmed from your phone and you also get additional downloadable
    cycles on app.

    LAUNDRY NOT A CHORE ANYMORE

    this washer and dryer set besides its the best that we've ever owned. The
    washer and dryer have sleek stylish designs and buttons and dial that are
    easy to use. For my husband and I, doing the laundry now is not a tiresome
    chore as it used to be since this set makes it so much easier with many
    different modes for different types of loads. My husband would avoid trying
    to do laundry before but now he loves helping me out with the laundry due to
    the ease of use. Clothes come out looking clean and smelling great and the
    super speed wash, which is my favorite feature, makes quick washes
    effortless. My husband loves the fact that he can keep track of loads on the
    Samsung smartthings app on his phone since he is more tech savvy than me. We
    also love how spacious the washer and dryer are so that we can take care of
    more laundry at a time. We believe it's a no brainer that everyone would
    love this washer and dryer set just as much as we do.

    BEST WASHER AND DRYER WE'VE HAD

    washer and dryer set just recently and we've been ecstatic about getting it.
    The washer and dryer both look stunning in a white finish with silver
    accents. The large capacity of both of them is great since we are a growing
    family and the wife loves doing laundry since its easy and convenient with
    this set. My favorite feature is the fact that you can monitor the washing
    loads on the Samsung smart things app and know when its done, which is great
    since our family is in the Samsung eco system of devices. The washer cleans
    the clothes effortlessly and the dryer makes them come out looking great.
    The most handy feature is the ability to wash stubborn stains on items or
    wash hands with the built in spout on the washer without having the need for
    a sink. Super speed washing is also convenient for when you want clean
    clothes in a pinch. The amount of different available settings on both
    machines just makes life easier. I would definitely recommend this washer
    and dryer set to anyone looking for them.

    SUPER BIG WASHER
    
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is huge!
    Feels like I am doing almost two loads at once.
    It is easy to load and is darn quiet.
    Loading detergent is simple. It does take a bit longer to wash a load but I
    understand that with an HE washer that is par for the machine. Bleach
    addition is straight forward and easy.
    The wash comes out clean and wrung out very well. The tub is deep but at
    5'4" I am able to get the last sock out of the bottom.
    This is a nice looking machine and I especially like the glass lid. The
    controls are fairly self-intuitive with MANY different settings to choose
    from such as water temperature, gentle wash, and includes a pre rinse
    function to loosen grime before washing.
    The smart Things feature is cool and connects to Alexa with ease. The first
    time Alexa announced that my load was done actually startled me a bit. You
    can also check the Smart Things app to see how much time is left for the
    load you are washing. The express wash seems to work well as I have used it
    for lightly used t-shirts and shorts, etc. to good results.
    All in all I am extremely happy with this washer and recommend it highly.
    Thanks Samsung for another home run appliance.

    DREAM DRYER!
    
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is the dryer of my
    dreams! my favorite features are the steam sanitize and steam refresh. i
    fluffed my thanksgiving tablecloth for 15 minutes and it looked as if it
    were just ironed. now that i have this i'm never ironing again. at first, i
    was worried that the cycle would end and my clothes would still be a bit
    damp. then i realized i just needed to turn up the temp. also, my matching
    washer holds such a large load that i may have overloaded it. the filter is
    easy to clean and the whole unit looks very sleek and clean. my kids love to
    watch the clothes go around when i turn the drum light on, which is just an
    added bonus!
