    English, as an iOS 18 update in fall 2024. Some features and additional
    languages will be coming over the course of the next year.
 2. The displays have rounded corners. When measured as a rectangle, the screen
    is 6.12 inches (iPhone 16), 6.69 inches (iPhone 16 Plus), 6.27 inches
    (iPhone 16 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable

“Apple Intelligence”, but it has been quite anti-climactic. Especially with the
new “unintelligent” way they have layed out the photos. I upgraded from a 14
ProMax and I am very under-whelmed.

Trying to use the iphone 16 pro max in Spain has been a nightmare. We have been
on the phone w Verizon tech support for SEVEN hours with no resolution. We have
one person “Mike” who is trying but we have been transferred and disconnected
many times and promised call backs that did not happen. Meanwhile my daughter
(23) is stuck in Spain w no access to maps or able to use her data. Cannot boost
(even thought we have the unlimited international plan). They cannot even boost
her phone from tech support. Tech support keeps having her try the same steps
multiple times with no success!! And, the phone automatically comes w a second
number that you have to manually disable which could be part of the problem—
honestly NO one from Verizon can tell us the problem!

Preordered iPhone 16 pro max 256gb on 9/13. Gave me ship date of 10/4. Today,
10/5 I call Verizon and am told this is still on back order with a new ship date
of 10/25. How is it possible when I did it in the first hour of pre sales.
Meanwhile people who ordered just in last few days have a ship date of oct 11.
Verizon cares about Verizon. Not its customers. If you are looking to move to
Verizon, run anywhere else. A dishonest and terrible company who cares nothing
about customers.

I preordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max from Verizon, thinking it would make the
process of getting the new phone easier, but it's been nothing but a headache.
The phone was supposed to deliver yesterday, however, it still says "Ready to
ship" and I have not received any additional updates. Customer service is a joke
with this company.

UPS tried to deliver my phone on a Friday afternoon - wasn't home. I scanned the
QR code for when they were going to try to deliver it again. It said they were
going to try again on Saturday between 2pm and 6pm. Fine - was going to be home.
Was out on Saturday morning. Came home and they had already tried to deliver it
on Saturday morning at 9am and said it was the final delivery and was going to
return it to Verizon. When I called UPS, they said to contact Verizon to
intercept the delivery to hold it at a local UPS so I could pick it up. Tried to
contact Verizon but couldn't get through until my phone was already too far away
for a hold. Verizon told me I had to wait until my phone was back to Texas (I
live in NH) then I could re-order. I canceled my order instead, which took weeks
to get my refund back.

I ordered it and it shipped late and then got to my city and was lost. They
would not send a new one out to replace the one lost. I had to cancel my order
and now have to wait for up to a week afterwards before I can reorder. Wish I
had a better review. I’d really like to have a good one.

The display on the iPhone 16 Pro says LTE not 5G. Is the LTE phone getting the
latest cell signals? Is this a 5G phone or better?
