VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL

Edward was the tech who came by to clear our drain. Very nice and professional
but a little inexperienced but that was okay. As we do not have a clean out plug
as the stupid plumber who did the plumbing when we remodeled did not install one
the choice of clearing the drain was either through the vent on the roof, the
kitchen drain, or the toilet. Edward chose the toilet which turned out to be the
correct one as the blockage was due to roots and he had to use the large drain
auger.

JAREN SHOWED UP IN 30 MINUTES.

Leak solving

I noticed a leak in our hot water heater around noon. When we got home in the
evening, it was still leaking. Realizing we needed it to be fixed asap, we
called a few different places. I figured Goettl would be expensive but I just
needed it fixed. Agent said he would be out in a hour or so. Jaren showed up in
30 minutes. He took the time to show me how to shut off the water and what it
could possibly be. In an hour he had it taken care of. The price was fair and
the customer service excellent. Jaren with Goettl saved the day!

VERY TRANSPARENT ABOUT WHAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO

I highly recommend Goettl for all your Air Conditioning and Plumbing needs. I
needed a sewer line replaced because the home that my wife and I live in is an
older house built around early to mid 80's and many of the fixtures need a
replacment. I called Goettl and on the same day they advised me what it would
take to fix the problem. What I like about Goettle generally and Ryan
specifically, is that they are very transparent about what they were going to do
and what to expect while the crew was replacing the line. There was never any
ambiguity about the cost, time and outcome of the project.

I LEARNED A TON ABOUT MY OWN PROPERTY.

Jaden came to inspect plumbing and I learned a ton about my own property. Highly
recommend these inspections. Even if you're not ready to repair everything they
recommend right away, at least you know exactly where things are at and you can
proceed with maintenance and repairs with a lot more knowledge. HIGHLY recommend
Ozzy and the Goettl team. I had a thermostat go out and needed it fixed fast. I
called Goettl, and they came quickly, and they were so helpful and professional.

TOOK HIS TIME AND MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD.

Jetting service

Jeff was amazing. We just moved into our 35 year old home and our sink backed
up. Jeff was very polite and professional. Care for our home with booties on his
shoes and towels laid down to prevent messes. He put a snake and camera down our
pipes and found that there was a massive grease blockage. Showed me the camera
and explained what I was looking at. Took his time and made sure I understood.
We are scheduled to get a jetting service done to clear our clogged pipes from
the previous owner tomorrow (on a Sunday!) Highly recommend gottel. Great
technicians and outstanding service.

THE REJUUUVENATION IS SO WORTH IT!

I just love Goettl.The Techs are amazing! Just had my Heat Rejuuuvenation with
our outstanding tech Jesus G. Wow! Thank god we purchased the Sadie maintenance
plan. Just had plumbers come out for my maintenance check and Darean was on top
of it, explained it all in detail and found and issue that could have gone wrong
any-day now, water heater had some issues and he repaired it, got me going in no

He was able to schedule a same-day service call to help with our issue. Peter M.

Great review for Goettl Plumbing.We had an blockage in our sewer line.Tyler
Leija was dispatched the same day, and found the blockage using a camera tool.He
cleared the blockage temporarily.The actual fix would require digging up and
replacing the bad area of pipe.Paulo "Adrian" Dado and his crew came out the
next day with backhoe, dug up the area, and replaced the section of pipe.The
next day, after inspection, Adrian and his crew filled in the hole and then
cleaned up the area.This is a brief description. There was A LOT of work
involved.Very professional work.

Absolutely fantastic! Our AC unit went out unexpectedly. We called Goettl and
they were here so quickly. The technician immediately knew what was wrong,
didn’t try to upsell sell on anything and fixed the problem within a few
minutes. Will absolutely call them again. I was super impressed by the

Came home from work to an 85 degree house and a broken AC. Called at 0800 and
they sent Matt Lopez out by 0915. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me the
news that no one wants to hear, it needed replaced. He was extremely
professional and kind with this news and assured me that we could figure this
out. He called Tony Vizzone who helped get together estimates and drop the price
to something that I was able to afford. Matt and Tony made this awful experience
bearable and I can’t thank them enough for all that they have done for myself
and the community. I’m a customer for life now!

2.7.24Jay Cruz, technician, arrived on time today to service/check my
ac/heating. Jay arrived timely and was friendly. Jay checked my inside unit,
ceiling vents, etc and he made some recommendations. He was easy to talk to and
very professional. He will be sending me an email with the recommendations and
costs associated so that I can save the money to have these taken care of. I
will say, no other technician has been as proficient as Jay.Yesterday, 2.6.24, I
received a call from Betty. Betty was also very friendly, professional and
knowledgeable. She listened to me and made recommendations and advice. By the
end if the call, I felt like Betty was a friend.Thank you to Jay and Betty!Late
one evening I was washing clothes. Daughter noticed water on floor under washer.
I was so upset and worried about finding someone to fix the problem, whatever it
was, and especially the cost. Goettl this the rescue! Namely, their
employee/plumber, Chris! The next day, Chris came, found the clog in my pipes,
and…voilà! We joined their $14.95 per month plan and that was all we paid for a
job well done! Thank you!3.26.24Tyler Leija was great! He checked my drain pipe
outside with a camera. Advised everything was clear. He checked my kitchen and
master bathroom sinks and toilet. Tyler was friendly, but professional. Thank
you.4.17.24Frank M arrived here on time. He was friendly and professional. He
explained everything he was going to do today. He completed everything he
mentioned. He provided suggestions of things that need or should be taken care
of. Nothing urgent. He installed the water heater sensor in addition to other
plumbing type things. He drained the water heater. He spoke to his supervisor,
Terronne (sp?). Should received estimates for hvac and water heater. Thank you
