You will have to attach and hand screw all 12 arms of the chandelier on to the
center ring. Each arm has 4 little screws and fancy nuts to match the chandelier

my husband about an hour to assemble and install. We also had to bend down all
the flower leaf/petals so they would match the pictures online. They were easy
