CITRIX CONSULTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS



All Consulting Services hours to be applied toward future work. Hours not used
within 1 year of the invoice date will be forfeit unless otherwise agreed. Not
Subject to acceptance.

Includes one consultant, QA reviews, and/or project oversight.

A Scope Document will be provided by Citrix, which will define the number of
hours to be redeemed for the effort, scope of work, and deliverables.

Does not include Citrix technical incident support, product enhancements, or
product licenses of any kind. In order to facilitate scheduling, Citrix may
begin Project Leadership work on administration and logistics (up to six hours)
for the project prior to receipt of the Purchase Order. Both parties agree that
these terms and conditions apply retroactively to govern such work.

Citrix Consulting, jointly with the Customer, will evaluate the best way to
provide the services, including the use of virtual delivery. For virtual
engagements (or phases), customer resources must be able to connect to Microsoft
Teams sessions or the customer must provide access to an alternative screen
sharing and collaboration tool.

Prices quoted are inclusive of travel expenses.

Consulting Services terms are contained in the end user license or services
agreement for the product which is the subject of this engagement and in the
license program terms under which you have registered. End user license and
services agreements are posted at

posted at https://www.citrix.com/buy/licensing/programs/.

This is not a fixed-fee contract and additional hours may be required if project
scope changes.

Citrix reserves the right to charge Customer for the hours worked and/or
scheduled in the event that: a) Customer requests a hiatus, and Citrix spends
resource, administrative and/or management effort during the hiatus and/or b)
Customer requests cancellation or amendments to confirmed scheduling of
resources with notification less than 10 business days’ notice.

CITRIX EDUCATION SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 * All training vouchers must be redeemed within one year of the order date.
 * Citrix shall own all rights in and to any materials provided for training.
   Training materials may not be duplicated; additional copies must be
   purchased.
 * With regard to instructor-led training, you may cancel and reschedule your
   enrollment at least 14 days prior to the start of your class. Otherwise, if
   you cannot attend the class and fail to cancel you will forfeit the entire
   course fee. To cancel and reschedule your enrollment, visit
   training.citrix.com
 * With regard to e-learning offerings, you accept the terms of service.
