We have also made updates to provide more clarity to our policies so that you can clearly understand how we process your information and what rights you have under privacy and data protection laws INTRO Indiegogo, Inc. is an online crowdfunding platform for Users to seek to raise funds for their own Campaigns and to contribute to the Campaigns of others. Campaign Owners offer Perks to Contributors in thanks for the Contributors’ donation of funds. We are based in San Francisco, CA. Undefined capitalized terms in this policy shall have the definitions as set forth in our Terms of Use. This Privacy Policy explains how Indiegogo collects, uses/processes information we collect about you and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of such information when you use our Website: https://www.indiegogo.com/, including on a mobile device and related Services (the “Service“ or the “Services”) or any other service to which this policy is linked. COMMERCIAL INFORMATION: Transaction information you provide our third-party payments provider when you contribute, or contact Indiegogo for contribution status such as the last four digits of your credit card information shipping address, and phone number if you are making a Contribution for a Perk that needs to be shipped. Please note that in most cases, Indiegogo cannot view or access all of the information you provide to us for compliance purposes, such as complete bank account numbers or government IDs, as this may be transmitted via automated means directly to the vendor that requires that compliance information. 3.
