ABOUT US

Good quality, competitively priced products combined with old fashioned service
and a comprehensive local stock holding has made us one of the leading
wholesalers of ropes and cords in Australia.

Established in 1995 in Perth, Western Australia as a rope and cordage importer
and distributor we stock a large and diverse range of ropes, cords, twines and
tie-down nets. Rope Nets, Ladders and Non-Standard Tie Down Nets made to order.
Wherever possible we try to supply Australian Made product. Made to order ropes,
cords and twines generally take 4 weeks to deliver if Australian made and 12
weeks if made overseas.

We wholesale to most industries including Industrial, Mining, Hardware, Canvas,
Marine and Manufacturing.

Splicing: Splicing services available—3 Strand, 8 Strand, Double Braid, P.O.A.

UV Stabilised: All synthetic ropes are UV stabilised.

Packaging: Ropes are packaged either on a flanged spool or as a shrink wrapped
coil. Cords are packaged on a flanged spool. Twines are usually reeled onto an
inner tube.

Test certificates can be provided upon request.

Lengths: Non standard lengths and sizes available on request.

Break Strength (B/S): Where breaking strengths are quoted they are based either
on the Australian rope standards or in the absence of standards the
manufacturers stated breaking strength. They are approximate and for comparison
purposes only and cannot engage the responsibility of WA Ropes & Hardware. We
reserve the right to change them without prior notice. Where break strength is
critical please request specific details when placing order. Splices will
generally decrease the break strength by approximately 10%. The minimum breaking
force should never be considered as the safe working load of the rope.

Weights: All reference to unit weights are approximate only.
