Wicked Ice is the result of years of evolution of the creative collaboration
between Master Ice Artist T. Jay Maclaskey and Carol Maclaskey. Settling in the
hill country after calling Houston home for decades (formerly Iceworks Houston)
they bring a new creative force to the Heart of Texas. With a focus on premium
ice sculpture and cutting edge performance sculpture, they offer vanguard
designs drawing on the artistic energy emanating from their new home. Twenty
four acres soon to include the rebirth of the of the ice studio, studio space
for amazing quiltworks, mosaics,mixed media and hand sculpture, culinaria from
Fire and Ice Feasts and memorable events at the DimeBox Ballroom.Working to
leave a lighter footprint, they have included a large solar panel array to make
ice and power the freezer studio. You are invited to experience the addition of
premium ice sculptures carved by multiple gold medal winning Master Ice Artist
