 * APPSTREAM 2.0 WITH EXISTING AZURE SSO FEDERATION

We have SSO through Azure configured in our environment where users connect
to the IAM/SSO page, log on with their azure credentials and MFA and are
assigned Permission Sets. All good. I want to use Appstream 2.0 using the
existing identity provider. In Applications, I choose Appstream, get all the
attribute matching configured, get the Relay State done. Role/Policy
configured correctly as far as I know. The problem is that the Appstream sso
app has it's own metadata fields that are presumably different than the
existing one. The setup guide for Appstream says you should take the metadata
from the Appstream app and create a new even though I already have one
configured in IAM. So users get the error below Error: Failed to assume role:
   Issuer not present in specified provider (service: AWSOpenIdDiscoveryService;
status code: 400; error code: AuthSamlInvalidSamlResponseException) *This
error can occur if the issuer in the SAML response does not match the issuer
declared in the federation metadata file. The metadata file was uploaded to
AWS when you created the identity provider in IAM.* Am I missing something to
get this working? I saw the info below and doesn't seem like you can have
more than one SAML provider and we already have one. Q: Can I connect more
than one identity source to IAM Identity Center? No. At any given time, you
can have only one directory or one SAML 2.0 identity provider connected to
IAM Identity Center. But, you can change the identity source that is
   connected to a different one.

 * MECHANISM OF IP SELECTION IN NAT GATEWAYS

AWS recently launched that we can attach multiple Elastic Public IP addresses
to NAT gateways(upto 8). As per documentation, AWS internally follows flow
Hash mechanism. The fields included in this hash are the Elastic Network
Interface ID of the source of traffic, the source and destination IP
addresses, the source and destination ports, and the protocol. I tried
testing this with maintaining these fields same but still getting different
IP selection(randomly). How does this flow mechanism work? is it better than
Round robin method? our usecase was to distribute traffic equally to all IP,
but it seems it's being distributed randomly and with same input values of
Hash also it's generating different IP instead of same IP. Is there a way to
ensure that my traffic gets distributed to each IP equally?

 * ICEBERG - DATA LOSS ISSUE DURING OPTIMIZE COMMAND EXECUTION IN HIGH PARTITION

We are utilizing AWS Glue Catalog along with Athena v3 and Iceberg for our
data solution. We create tables using a CREATE TABLE query in Athena, setting
the ‘table_type’ parameter to ‘ICEBERG’. Our data is partitioned on an hourly
basis (I tested other partition types as well). However, we’re encountering a
significant issue when our tables have a high number of partitions, more than
100 or other large quantities. When executing the OPTIMIZE command, we’re
noticing that some of the data is unexpectedly removed from the table. This
behavior is not anticipated and is causing data inconsistencies and loss.
When I partition the data by BUCKET this problem does not occur (I think
because it has a fixed number of partitions). Example of the OPTIMIZE
command: ``` OPTIMIZE test.test_iceberg REWRITE DATA USING BIN_PACK WHERE
date(created_at) = date '2023-03-08'; ``` The latest table snapshot records,
