COFFEE & BRKFST

Come to the Staggering Ox on Saturday. Every Saturday morning between 9:30 and
11:00, as many as twenty hams show up for "EYEBALL" QSO's. Coffee is also now
virtual and held on 147.22 repeater at the same time.

CLUB MEETING TIMES, LOCATION AND TESTING


Due to COVID-19 we will be holding our monthly business meeting on the club
repeater (147.220) at 7:00. Also, our Saturday morning Coffee will happen
virtually on the repeater at 9:00.




The club meets every month on the first non-holiday Monday of the month at the
Salvation Army Church at 1905 Henderson St. in Helena, MT. The meeting usually
consists of a Business portion where decisions are made regarding the club and
also usually a program portion where we have a speaker or other presentation of
interest to the club.

 

The meetings always start at 7:00 pm local time.

 

For the use of out of town visitiors, we have included a page with a Google map
on it. It can be used to give you directions from just about anywhere. Just
click here.

 

Testing:  The following is a list of Amateur Radio exam dates for the next
several months. All exams will be given in Helena and the times and locations
are still to be determined. Please make a reservation for the exam date(s) you
are interested in. You may also take more than one exam at each exam session (ie
Technician and General exams). Please make your test intention known when making
your reservation.




CCARC Helena Spring 2022 Volunteer Examination schedule:

March 3 

April 14 

Reservations are necessary for each exam date and the number of reservations
available will be limited to the exam location.  You may also take more than one
exam at each exam session (ie Technician and General exams).  More details on
each exam session will be provided at the time a reservation is made.  Please
make your reservation request at least one week prior to the exam date. 

If this schedule does meet your needs, please remember exams are given monthly
in Great falls and Bozeman.  Please check the Gallatin or Great Falls Amateur
Radio Club websites for more information.
