ABUSE STATEMENT

Benchmark Email is an email service provider. Our clients utilize our service to
send emails to those recipients who have specifically requested (via double
opt-in) or other confirmed measures (phone, fax, etc) to receive email. However,
on rare occassions, abusers get through our system.
