MODERN, FAST, CROSS-BROWSER ADMINISTRATION CONSOLE

The Administration Console has been completely redesigned. It streamlines
administrative tasks by merging actions that were previously distributed across
the Administration, System, Social, and Tools Consoles. Menus and configurations
have been reorganized to make them more intuitive.

The Administration Console is cross-browser compatible—use it in all modern
browsers.




 


PLUG-IN FREE, NEW, GRAPHICAL WORKFLOW EDITOR

The graphical workflow editor has been redesigned and no longer requires a Java
plugin. All workflows configured in previous versions continue to work as
expected and are automatically updated to use the new workflow editor.




ENHANCED DATA MANAGEMENT

Administrators can view their use of storage across all eGain applications. They
can set up purge jobs that will run automatically to remove old data that is no
longer needed.




EXPERIENCE STUDIO

eGain Experience Studio™ allows designers to quickly create and deploy
personalized knowledge, chat, and virtual assistant experiences. Its intuitive,
no-code interface is optimized for the non-programmer. Users can start by
choosing from a library of themes, layouts, and dynamic widgets. They can drag
and drop a logo or other images and media, update fonts, colors, and other
styles to easily brand the experience to match the corporate look and feel, and
do much more.
