Recipients email account is a shared access email box, several people have
access. Is it possible for them to sign the report with this shared email

HOW TO PROVE THAT THE CONTENTS OF THE DOCUMENT ARE EXACTLY WHAT I SIGNED?
I signed a series of Docusign documents on a 3rd party tablet. They saved a copy
of the documents on a USB drive and provided the USB drive to me. However, I
believe one of the documents was altered. Additionally, the PDF documents I was
provided have a red seal at the top that says “This is a Copy. The Authoritative
Copy of this record is held at na2.docusign.net”. Is there a way to prove or not
that the content of the document are exactly what I signed?

RECEIVER SIGNATURE ONLY
I cannot get a form to go to our subscribers as DocuSign wants me sign first
which is unnecessary. Background info we have a credit card form that only needs
the receiver/signer to complete. We do not need to do anything with the form on
our end.

WHERE DO I FIND SIGNER ID'S IN A COMPLETED ENVELOPE OR SUMMARY?
Hi, Looking through my summary (Certificate of Completion) and the signed
document itself, I cannot find any evidence of the Signer ID. I can see the
envelope ID and IP addresses. The Signatures Panel also nothing on the signer’s
ID. Where can I find this data? Thanks. David

DOCUSIGN FOR INFORMED CONSENT
Hi All, Novice docusign user over here. I’m running a very small (~24 people)
proof of concept for a medical device software application. As such, we need to
gather informed consent from participants in a manner that they can refer back
to the document in the future if need be. I’m trying to make the informed
consent experience as seamless as possible with as few steps as possible. I have
a few things I’m struggling with if anyone can help me out. Am I able to
generate a link from docusign that would take a patient straight to a template
version of the informed consent document without having to create a login?
Ideally, we would have a link that people could use to access the document, they
can review and if they approve they can input their name, signature & email
address. Afterwards, we’d have the informed consent on our end & the patient
would receive an email version of the document. I appreciate any help you can

HOW TO GET A LIST OFSENT ENVELOPES IN A TIME RANGE THAT INCLUDES LINKS TO THE
ACTUAL DOCUMENTS
Apparently this is difficult for me: I need to simply input a date range and get
a list of envelopes with links to the associated documents for each envelope.
Envelope reports only show a field for the envelope ID, and searching in the
Manage tab doesn’t show all envelopes sent. I assume the latter is associated
with the user that sent the envelope not being me, as we use Salesforce
integration to send our envelopes. I have tried many different things with
envelope sharing, but nothing has worked.

CAN NOT SIGN
I am trying to do what I always do the last years... Received on my email a word
doc which I want to open directly through DocuSign...sign it and share it
through WhatsApp...HAVE DONE THAT HUNDREDS of time literally.Only that last time
it says no more envelopes left or something like that.I just want to sign
nothing else and as far as I know signing is free...would appreciate any help
from anyone.

I CAN'T CHANGE MY SIGNATURE AND INITIALS ON A DOCUMENT
I was sent a document for signature by a 3rd party. I opened the relevant link
and uploaded my custom signature. I clicked the region to be signed.
Unfortunately the image initials appear too small in the document. Now every
time I open the link it uses the same initials to sign and I can't change it. I
tried to hover of the logo to get the change signature option but it doesn't
show up. How do I resolve this issue?

often, then I wait about 15 minutes or half an hour and everything is back to

SMS NOT RECEIVED
During signing a document, the I do not receive the SMS from the system,
even-though I am sure mobile number is correct, I receive regular SMS messages
from other systems on the same number, can the authentication be through e-mail

HOW TO RETRIEVE A COPY OF A DOCUMENT THAT I SIGNED ELECTRONICALLY AND DID NOT
HAVE A COPY AND THE LINK HAS EXPIRED
I am a tenant and the realtor sent me my lease to sign. After signing, he did
not send me my own copy after he has verified it. He did not send me a copy and
I did not download the document I signed. The link has expired. Is there any
means by which I can have a copy of what I signed?

RED BOX AROUND FIELDS
A client sent a document for me to fill out and sign. There are 4 columns with 4
fields across (left to right) each column. There is a red line around the 4
boxes in the top fields. The fields below this do not have the red lines around
them. It I fill out these fields, sign the form and try to send it takes me to
the fields hilighted in red as an error. I cannot get the red lines to go away.
BTW the red lines around these boxes are present when I first open the link and
have not started to fill it out. No other fields have the red lines.

UNABLE TO READ NAME AND DATE FIELDS ONCE THE DOCUMENT HAS BEEN SIGNED.
The name and date fields look fine when I add them to my document, but once they
have been filled in and the document has been signed they are unreadable, it is
almost like the fields are too small but i can’t see anyway to make them bigger.
Has anyone had any experience with this? This is what it looks like once signed

DOCUSIGN SECURITY QUESTIONS- FINDING THEM IRRELEVANT?
Hello- Is it just me or are many of you finding security questions irrelevant? I
personally had one for a distant cousin of my father who is passed away over a
decade. Clients get them about family members they haven't lived with over a
decade. I just keep telling clients to keep taking and using different answers
but there has to be a better way
