The service manager was upfront with me the whole time regarding our AC fix. I
know the diagnosis was kind of open ended but the estimate was spot on. Then, to
get the final bill…it came under the estimate by a few $. The ac is cold and

I've been taking my cars here for about 4-5 years and they are just about the
most honest mechanic shop I've ever been to. And a good mechanic shop is hard to
find. They have been hit with the ever-present short handedness that so many
companies are experiencing that's for sure and it may take longer to get your
vehicle fixed. But rest assured, the repair will be done right and they'll do it
as soon as they possibly can. Expect to be treated fairly, and respectfully.
It's never a fun time to have your vehicle in the shop, but this business will

I'm absurdly attached to my Ford Edge, so despite its age I still insist on
getting him fixed. I have just moved back to Georgia and Buddy's came
recommended to me by my grandpa. This is now the second time they've had him in
the shop and each time they've listened to whatever I think is wrong to the car,
check that, and if I was of course from my self diagnostic then they explained
the difference and always gave a reasonable quote on the work. I'm also super
anxious about driving a car right after repairs just because you never know, but
they double check everything and give any possible warnings for things to watch
out for. Super great guys and will continue to use them for any car related
needs.

I thought my electric power steering gear box was going to have to be replaced.
They found an oil leak repaired it. The did a diagnostic on the steering unit
found low current at the steering unit checked my battery it was weak. Battery
was 2 and a half years old. Replaced my battery. All parts and labor were
covered under warranty. Thank you for your service!!!!!

Excellent service! We were visiting from out of town for the weekend and had a
transmission issue. It was scary being away from home and not sure who you could
trust. A family member recommended Buddy's. I showed up when they opened on a
Friday. Everyone I met was genuine, caring, and wanted to help. They were busy
and I'm not sure what they had to do to get my car that day, but I appreciate
them so much. They saved us from having a major headache during our vacation!!

Although they were ready to close, they greeted me with a smile, very courteous
and friendly. Even the tech that did the emissions was friendly. Did everything
