ALERT as of June 12, 2023:

AHA Atlas Customer Support is currently experiencing higher than normal call
and email volumes due to the transition to Atlas. We are working to assist
customers as quickly as possible.

Below are updates for the top three known issues affecting Atlas:
 
1) Training Center Search feature not pulling results properly (UPDATE: We
expect to have a technology update on this issue by Tuesday, June 13);

2) Some AHA Instructors not being able to see their alignment in Atlas due to an
inactive/expired eCard (UPDATE: An email with more information and resources was
sent to all US Training Center Coordinators at approximately 5:00 p.m., Central
Time, on Monday, June 12); and

3) Some June Instructor eCards being expired prematurely in error (UPDATE: We
believe this issue has been fixed and June eCards are no longer showing as
expired).
