EXCEPTIONAL HOSPITALITY AND VERY ACCOMMODATING

We hosted a conference for 4 days in St Regis and had the opportunity to
stay in the rooms during that time. I'd like to express my heartfelt
gratitude to the team, Evans, Ravi, Marwan, Lokesh and Osama for their
exceptional hospitality during our event, with a special shoutout to
Vincent, who not only maintained my room impeccably but also went the extra
mile to assist when I found myself locked out. Thank you all for an
unforgettable stay!

AMAZING!

From getting out the Uber to check in, everything was amazing. The
restaurant staff remembered our names and order, that was great. The room
was comfortable and beautiful. Everyone made sure we had evening we needed
and had a comfortable stay.

NOT APPRECIATED AS A BONVOY GOLD MEMBER

I made a reservation to stay at the St Regis Hotel and this was not my
first stay.

As a Bonvoy Gold member, I was expecting to at least be acknowledged as a
Gold member on check-in and welcomed to the hotel. This did not happen.
There were no welcome drinks or even an offer of a drink. When I went to
the room I was expecting at least some kind of gesture with fresh fruits,
chocolates etc but nothing. Even at checking in, I was told that there was
no upgrade available however I honestly find this hard to believe. I've
stayed at the most busiest hotels in the world under Bonvoy and 9/10 times
I get an upgrade even if it is bumped up an extra tier. Overall, I did not
feel at all special in terms of being a Bonvoy Gold member and therefore
one must question what is the point of being a member.
