1. Offer valid until December 4, 2021. A $150 credit will be offered for each
new SmartHome Security subscription with a Secure plan or higher, provided
that the customer has not already a SmartHome Security subscription within
the preceding 90 days at the same address. Credit can take the form of a
$150 credit on monthly bills OR a $150 credit for the purchase of additional
equipment. Determination of the form of credit is at the discretion of TELUS
agents and depending on location. Installation charges may apply for
additional equipment and credit cannot be used to pay these charges. In the
event that the credit is offered as an invoice credit, if the customer
cancels their plan before their credit is fully applied, then they will lose
any unused portion of the credit. If service is canceled within 30 days, the
equipment provided as part of the package must be returned in good
condition, otherwise the replacement cost will be charged to the account.
2. $100 bill credit only available to online orders of TELUS SmartHome
Security, except Smart Camera plan, on a 3 or 5 year term. Available to
residential customers who have not subscribed to TELUS SmartHome Security in
the past 90 days. Offer subject to change without notice. Bill credit will
be applied upon order completion and will appear on your first bill after
activation. Bill credits are non-transferable, can only be applied to pay
for services charges, and carry no cash value after deactivating your
services.If service is cancelled within 90 days, any credits will be
reversed and the amount will be charged to you in addition to any applicable
cancellation fees.
3. Data speeds reduced to a maximum of 512Kbps after your included high-speed
data bucket is exhausted. Speed may vary with your device, internet traffic,
environmental conditions, and other factors. Please refer to TELUS’ Fair Use
Policy at telus.com/fairusepolicy for further information.
4. Offer current as of November 4, 2021. Limited time offer. Offer includes
iPhone 13 when combining TELUS Easy Payment® and Bring-It-Backᵀᴹ, and
trading in an iPhone 11 or newer in good condition. iPhone 11 trade in
valued at $625 in good condition, some devices may be valued higher. Credit
is non-transferable and has no cash value. Trade in value will be confirmed
upon an in store evaluation.
5. With a 36-month agreement. Customers with an active postpaid TELUS mobile
account can get a rebate of $10 per month. Applicable taxes extra. Prices
and offers are subject to change without notice. A termination fee will be
charged if the service agreement is terminated before its expiration.
Service and installation charges may vary depending on system configuration,
equipment and services chosen. The selection of equipment included in the
package is subject to stock availability. Adding additional equipment may
incur additional installation costs. At the end of the 36-month agreement,
the amount for the Smart Automation Plus plan is $720 (regular price :
$1,080), that for the Secure plan is $1,152 (regular price : $1,512), that
for the Control + Video plan is $1,620 (regular price : $1,980). Local
permit fees may be required and are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional charges may apply in municipalities where the services of a
patroller are required to verify alarms. These costs are the responsibility

7. The $50 savings is a waiving of our $50 connection fee. Offer applicable
