The history of SAK goes back more than 35 years of collective experience in the
real estate development market; being a family business, generations have passed
on years of hard work, market knowledge and a smashing record of success locally
and regionally.

We have excelled in designing and creating residential and commercial projects
in the delta region of Egypt.

Our experts have given consultancy and worked as main contractors on mega
projects for the Egyptian government and the Arab Contractors to name a few.

Throughout the years, our experts have mastered the art of identifying the
market needs and catering to it in the most functional, efficient and quality
oriented approaches.

The amount of loyal and happy clients that we had the honor of serving was truly
humbling and gratifying. SAK was established in January 2018 with the purpose of
bringing together the genius calibers that have collaborated in affiliation for
long.

We have finally created a professional umbrella that combines the many years of
experience that the first generation has amassed alongside the creativity and
out-of-the-box techniques of the second generation.

founders Kadri Al Ghetani , Samih Al Kishawi and Ali Al Shahhat, presenting

ENG. KADRI AL GHETANI

Kadri Al Ghetani began his career over 35 years ago as a consultant to The
General Authority For Reconstruction Projects

& Agricultural Development During his career, he worked as a main construction
contractor on the Housing Initiative projects launched by the Egyptian Ministry
of Housing. He also collaborated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports on the
construction of several official stadiums and youth centers in the governorates
and hotels for athletes. He worked on several projects with mega companies such
as The Arab Contractors. Kadri worked as a developer on many residential,
touristic and mix use projects of different scales and purposes.

ENG. SAMIH AL KISHAWI

Samih Al Kishawi has worked for more than 35 years in one of the leading
companies in the field of real estate development.

in the Middle East. He has advanced in his career over the years and now he
holds the position of COO of said regionally renowned company. Samih started
investing in the real estate market 10 years ago in industrial, service,
residential and commercial projects through Al Omraneya Company for real estate
investment. His expertise and knowledge have resulted in many successful
projects that stand as proof of his mastery in his professional field.

MR. ALI AL SHAHHAT

Ali Al Shahhat started his career as a real estate lawyer. He then embarked on
working in the real estate development business.

as a field of preference and interest, a journey that lasted for 40 years and
counting. He began by working on divisions of land and creating neighborhoods,
an area of the business where he excelled and fast became an expert. Ali is one
of the main experts who contributed to the new divisions of Mansoura city as we
see it today. 10 years ago he started working in the construction business; an
initiative that led to him being one of the founders of SAK.
