I have updated the signing resource XML file by marking DocuSign_SigningAllowDownload & DocuSign_SigningAllowPrint as false. (referred : DocuSign Signing Resource File Guide) As mentioned, these buttons won’t be hidden from recipients who hold an account within DocuSign but I’m able to see the Download & Print buttons on the popup window & don’t have an account within DocuSign. I am a third party who is not the DocuSign envelope creator or sender, and I am not a signer of the document, but I am viewing a document that has multiple valid electronic signatures, each of which were applied via the DocuSign system. The document does not have the DocuSign Certificate of Completion appended to it. The author of the document has manually created signature fields for the signers, and the DocuSign system has applied, during the DocuSign process, the DocuSign Envelope ID number visible in the upper left corner of each page and the DocuSign signature manifestations visible in the signature fields of the document. We successfully applied document custom fields in Conga template using Autoplace Text/”Anchor Tags”. The last thing we need is to setup conditional field rules as per this article (see also image below). However, so far we can add the rules manually. Is there any way to somewhat “save” these rules in Docusign so that those are automatically applied to custom fields? Note that I also plan to ask this on Conga side. The use of formula fields is introducing impediments. For every template that has formula fields, the “Recipients can edit documents” option is locked and cannot be changed. If a template does not have formula fields, “Recipients can edit documents” option is not locked and can be changed We are now experiencing an issue in which when we have formula fields and “Recipients can edit documents” enabled, we get the error “Unable to create the envelope.” We need the “Recipients can edit documents” enabled to allow for envelope markup. We have also found that formulas in templates and subsequently envelopes do not allow us to correct envelopes. I also rebooted my PC completed to rule out many other issues. Ive been using the new template editor since it launched and I never had any glitches. But now, one of my templates seems completely broken. I have a template with multiple documents within it. I can edit the first document with no issues, but now when I switch to the second document, the page completely breaks. 1) First, my cursor jumps to the top of the page and is locked there. I an unable to type anything on the page or delete/format text. 2) Clicking on paragraphs does nothing, but if I double click on them, it highlights the whole thing and the rulebuilder icon shows up. Even if I click the rulebuilder icon and hit cancel, it still doesn’t go away. 3) If I try to click back to the first page, I get a choppy grey overlay over everything (but no pop up menu). And at that point, the page is completely frozen and unresponsive. I do not send envelopes, but I am the only signer of the documents I upload, sign and download. I don't understand what the envelope limit refers to and what the actual limit is. The reason for this is they sent the envelopes from our account which resulted in one of our pre-paid envelopes being consumed. I am supposed to recover those costs from the other account holder. I started running reports on the group we used, and I see those envelopes are omitted from the reports. I thought envelopes sent from our account would appear in our account’s reports up to the time they were transferred. But this does not seem to be the case. Has anyone transferred envelopes and then ran any of the reports to get a listing after the transfer? Did those envelopes show up? Are my expectations incorrect? Once transferred they go “poof” from the account including reports, dashboards, analytics, etc…? Is there a better way? There is one user, who has an active account, that sees the update button but it is grayed out, not clickable. She is VPNed in from home and I’ve asked her to clear cache, change browsers, but she still cannot update her email address. The message she see is “this setting is locked by your admin”. When I look at the account, I see it as active, looks okay. Where would I unlock the account ? Has anyone else received this error? What does it mean? Recipient email addresses all look correct. I did notice that a large majority of the email address were for gmail. I have tried to resent a few but still received the error.
