We have searched for unlit artificial tree for some time and had high hopes for
this tree. We opened the box and did not even unpack it. The branches we could
see did not have a realistic look whatsoever. We opted to return and start over.
Unfortunately we will either go back to a lit artificial tree knowing it will go
to the landfill eventually due to light issues or we continue to purchase a real
tree. BH was very accommodating with return but charged us a $25 return fee that
I must have missed in the order.

I would definitely buy again if my ceilings were taller. This tree was
everything! Beautiful and full! I loved the twinkly tree. The only downside to
the twinkly tree was that I had to have my twinkly app open on my phone
continuously for the tree lights and the music to synchronize .

Overall, the twinkly tree was great! Except, I feel like it wasn't full enough.
Could have needed more fluffing. I had to send it back. I wasn't 100% happy and
I need to be completely satisfied when spending over $1000 for one Christmas

Absolutely perfect!! This tree took me about an hour to put together and fluff.
I was worried when I was ordering it I was going back-and-forth with the
wonderful customer service rep that helped me it's a lot of money to spend and
I'm transitioning from real all my life to artificial. It looks thinner in the
picture than the Balsam fir Go for the BH It has more of everything and is more
full than the online photos. I have already had two people ask if that's a real
tree. Our real trees were up to $350 last year for 9foot so I decided so I
decided not doing that ever again Plus it dried out before Christmas and my
ornaments started to fall off and break. Plus it takes me about three hours to
put all the lights on. So nice and easy and worth the money just for all the
convenience and beauty of this 9' tree. Also they say 9' with stand Which led me
to believe it was going to be shorter. The tree sits down in the base so it's
exactly 9 feet. The one I got is 68 ?around big beautiful and perfect. Can't
wait to decorate it.

Beautiful tree, looks just like the real balsam that we usually get. I'm
thrilled with this purchase and it's going to eliminate the stress of when to
put up/when to take down the tree, we can do it whenever it's convenient for us.
It's only October and I already put the lights on it because I love it so much
from my "test drive" that I don't want to take it down just to put it back up in
a month

Artificial Christmas Trees

Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees
have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:

 * Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
 * Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out
   bulbs)

Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty
within the specified time frame.

Wreaths, Greenery & Décor

Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please
inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any
damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.

Greenery (Fresh, Dried, and Preserved) and Food

Because of their perishable nature, food items and fresh/dried/preserved
greenery are not guaranteed. Check your order within 3 days of receiving it and

To see whether a tree is the right size for your space, consider 3 criteria:

Ceiling Height
Generally speaking, you want 6 inches between the ceiling and the top of your
tree or tree topper
Floor Space
Your space should have 12 inches of clearance beyond the width of your tree
Tree Shape
We’ve got trees for just about every space

WARRANTY & SUPPORT

We take great pride in our products and craftsmanship. Please inspect your
product upon delivery and notify us if there are any damages or defects. Our
team is ready to provide a quick resolution per the warranties below.

Warranty

Artificial Christmas Trees

Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees
have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:

 * Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
 * Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out
   bulbs)

Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty
within the specified time frame.

Wreaths, Greenery & Décor

Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please
inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any
damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.

Greenery (Fresh, Dried, and Preserved) and Food

Because of their perishable nature, food items and fresh/dried/preserved
greenery are not guaranteed. Check your order within 3 days of receiving it and
notify us of any damage.

Assembling Your Balsam Hill Easy Plug® Tree

trees. Each tree section has built-in wiring that seamlessly connects the
lighting strands as you set up your tree. Now all you need is a single plug to
illuminate the entire tree. And with the incredible realism of our True Needle™

The first time you assemble and shape your tree will require the most shaping to
give the tree its full lush appearance. Learn More

1. With each branch, separate out the individual tips and angle them out and
away from the center of the tree.

2. Angle the tips furthest back on the branch and sideways out from the branch
to resemble a peacock's fanned tail when shaped.

3. Shape the branches vertically upward as much as possible to give the tree its
full appearance. Enjoy your Balsam Hill® tree!

To minimize the need for fluffing in future years, you can compress the branches
less and store all or parts of your tree in the original box or a Premium
Storage Bag from Balsam Hill®.
Remove all ornaments. Check that the tree is unplugged and the wires are not
twisted or tangled to avoid damage while in storage.
With the tree still standing, un-fluff the branches and detach each section of
the tree.
Secure the compressed sections with a cord or ribbon before placing them in the
provided storage bag. Store your tree in a cool, dry location.
