The process took 2 weeks.I interviewed at Dynatrace (Spain) in 06/10/2024 Interview The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we had a phone call where I explained that I hadn't applied for the job due to some technical requirements I lacked. He encouraged me to apply anyway, assuring me that there would be a learning curve on the job. I applied and had two nice meetings, one with the manager and another with team members. After that, I was ghosted. When I followed up, I received a generic rejection email.
