Toggle navigation AUTOREC ENTERPRISE LTD. FRAUD * Warning * Come together * Your experience * Social networks * Contact HOW BAD IS AUTOREC INC'S FRAUD ? !!!! Buying a car online can be a risky and a daunting experience, there are far more risks involved while buying a motor vehicle online in comparison to venturing out to a face to face dealer. Needless to say, online purchase is a convenient and increasingly mainstream way to find the car of your dream, but it's also the most common media where fake or fraudulent dealerships use to con people off. As our company was to find out, you can never be too careful when you venture online to purchase motor vehicles. Scammers have mastered the art of making their activities appear legitimate by; registering a business, establishing genuine looking websites and using physical addresses in order to avoid Japanese government scrutiny. As an experienced second hand motor vehicle buyers, and with a fleet of over three hundred commercial vehicles, our company was confident that we knew all the pitfalls of online buying, but we got a rude awakening, when we got coned by Autorec Enterprise Ltd. Autorec appeared genuine, and at first contact with them, sounded reliable and professional, but nothing could have being farther from the truth. As we were later to find out, Autorec Inc is made up off a small number of cronies operating from a small registered garage, but by appearance they seem established, thanks to numerous fake and enhanced photos on their website. Autorec Inc defraud online buyers in different ways 1. Autorec Inc drastically clock back the mileage. 2. Selling dodgy cut and shut cars. This are makeshift cars comprised of more than one car put together that could literally fall apart at any time. 3. Not shipping a car after payment, or months and months delayed shipping. 4. Featuring vehicles they don't have in stock on their website to roar in potential victims. 5. Concealing wear and tear. 6. Autorec ship different vehicle than the one paid for, usually broken or in bad condition. If you are reading this you probably have being conned or was about to be conned by this expert scammers, take our hint, don't wire your money to them, you will end up CONED! Tip: make sure to read Autorec review carefully to learn from other consumers experiences!!! WE GOT CONED SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!! AVOID JAPANESE USED CARS - AUTOREC ENTERPRISE LTD. ARE SCAMMERS YOU SAVED MONEY DON'T BE A VICTIM You want to buy a car SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCE: * October 23, 2015 at 6:42 pm My experience: Autorec Enterprise LTD claims to be a legitimate exporter of used vehicles from japan, but from my experience, It is my opinion that Autorec Enterprise LTD is unscrupulous company that has created a notion of legitimacy in order to continue defrauding innocent buyers from overseas and get away with it. I fell victim to an online fraudulent transaction with Autorec Enterprise LTD LTD. I opt not to keep quiet about my experience, as often people defrauded keep quiet and allow these sort of companies to continue with their dishonest ways. I hope that my warning will prevent others from experiencing what I went through. I made a CIF payment to Autorec Enterprise LTD for a vehicle to be shipped to my home country back on September 2013. Before I made the payment, they promised to deliver the vehicle in less than five weeks. But once I made the payment, I waited for months but they did not deliver the vehicle. No one contacted me to explain what was going on and when I tried to follow the matter I was told that I was being nuisance. I begged them to at least refund me the money but they declined. After months of waiting, I realised that I was on the path to losing my money. They kept lying to me and many times promised to contact me and did not. I confronted the contact person and threatened to report them to Interpol and expose them through the social media. They begged me not to and promised to send the vehicle. After another endless waiting and follow-ups, they made an offer to ship the vehicle in parts for me to re-assemble, an offer I vehemently refused. To keep me off their back, they shipped me a junk of a car that failed inspection, refused entry and registration into my country. I believe that, once they realised that I was serious about exposing them, they decided to ship me this vehicle that was probably illegally rebuilt unit or even re-modelled. I have been trying to reason with them since in vain. MY EXPERIENCE October 23, 2015 at 6:42 pm * February 2, 2015 at 4:12 pm Isa's experience: The owner of Autorec Enterprise LTD and the bunch of cronies in his team has no moral principles whatsoever. They are a group of back street criminals that have created a notion of legitimacy in order to continue defrauding innocent buyers from overseas and get away with it. ISA'S EXPERIENCE February 2, 2015 at 4:12 pm * January 2, 2016 at 1:45 pm M5r2 experience: I was originally gonna import a black GTS through Autorec Enterprise but things went wrong. At this point I was trying to find positive reviews about Autorec Enterprise to convince me to stay with them but I found reviews about delivering cars in shittier condition than the ones the customer had selected and sometimes not arriving for many months! Voitek Kwiatkowski the sales manager in charge of foreign trade seemed like a good guy so I gave them a chance. Before sending Autorec Enterprise the 100 000 yen In the beginning I was unsure about the whole thing and it was a major dilemma and Voitek had gave me a rough estimate and what he thought the car would sell for and said I could get a refund if we didn't get the car. Later came a white BEAMS MR2 at this point I was hoping to ask for a refund but thought they might as well place this bid as I was still unsure and thought I wouldn't win and I would ask for a refund. We ended up winning the car and I had now found out through another exporter that they claim back the consumption tax. Not only did the invoice include consumption tax but also an inflated shipping price. Voitek didn't agree to correctly adjust any of these figures except for something like $35 off of shipping which in reality I would be paying more than $200 less through more honest exporters and importers. Finally I was going through Autorec Enterprises site and found that they had added the car I had won in auction up as their available stock. So I got back to Voitek and he this is what he had to say: "Consumption tax and issues related to it are not for discussion." "Car has been uploaded on stock, because this is a procedure for new inventory. So we can keep track of who we purchase / sold and shipped , as well all shipping updates will be saved in record of the car." "It has been removed from available stock already." Now this is complete B.S. since the they have only had a few MR2s in their stock that never change even though they aren't available except for one which is actually a gen2 not a gen3 . So now I have 100 000 yen with Autorec Enterprise but don't trust these guys enough to send over the rest unless I was somehow able to get them legally obligated to send over the actual car I bid. Now I’m hoping to find some way to get a refund or take some kind of action against them but don't know what to do. I would highly appreciate any advice as I feel like I'm in a lose lose situation either be deceived and receive a MR2 of much smaller value which I suspect would take months regardless of what Voitek said before or lose a $1000+ M5R2 EXPERIENCE January 2, 2016 at 1:45 pm * February 4, 2015 at 8:28 pm Anonymous's experience: Autorec Enterprise LTD has no pride. I recently purchased a car from them and it was completely misrepresented. I received nothing but lies from them. Odometer reading in miles instead of kilometers and the car came in an un-drivable condition. Check engine light on, air bag light on. Jumvea's awards and membership are purchased, Jumvea has not even responded to emails for help, in speaking to others who have similar experiences as myself they also got no response from Jumvea and have been defrauded by Autorec Enterprise LTD Scam Scam! ANONYMOUS'S EXPERIENCE February 4, 2015 at 8:28 pm * December 21, 2015 at 6:33 pm Alay's experience: Hmmm I bought a car with Autorec Enterprise LTD and went to pick up the car today, all excited in the morning, but this happened! They sent me the WRONG CAR. I've heard of this many times over the years with dirty Exporters and there's all kinds of things that go on that just bother me. My exporter has stopped replying my messages. I will escalate this; I have contacted my lawyer in Japan and is ready to start legal action if they don't reply. I am curious, is there any kind of liability in place with exporters, I know there is with importers, as I signed a contract with mine. I think this would be considered fraud. ALAY'S EXPERIENCE December 21, 2015 at 6:33 pm * December 14, 2015 at 3:01 pm Rustan's experience: I need advice. What are my options in dealing with Autorec Enterprise? I sent my payment over 6 months ago, and to date no car. Now they are shipping an older model, without my consent. I know nothing about the vehicle they are shipping, not even the colour, only it is a 1998 Audi A8. What are the repercussions if I refuse to clear the car at port here? RUSTAN'S EXPERIENCE December 14, 2015 at 3:01 pm * October 18, 2015 at 6:12 pm Randyk's experience: The battle with Autorec Enterprise LTD rages on. I went to the RCMP yesterday to lodge a fraud charge but they told me because the deal was done in Japan they could not help me. I have tried contacting Jumvea, no response. I have received one response from METI and have sent them the info they asked for, waiting on response. Has anyone else ever tried to charge one of these Scam Artists?I feel that if I don't act quickly this will fall through the cracks and others will be duped by this crooked company called Autorec Enterprise LTD Any suggestions on how I can get the word out to warn others who may be thinking of using them. Thanks to those who have contacted me, I appreciate all your help. Perhaps my experience will warn others away from fraud by this people. RANDYK'S EXPERIENCE October 18, 2015 at 6:12 pm * February 1, 2015 at 7:59 pm Cisjapan's experience: I got cheated by Autorec Enterprise LTD many years ago. Wonder how they are still in the market. It is a complete scam. Never send your money to Autorec Enterprise LTDMy money never been refunded, and on top of that they charged me 600 USD for cancelling my order, although it was Autorec Enterprise LTD that did not want to ship the car because in fact they did not have that car in the stock. CISJAPAN'S EXPERIENCE February 1, 2015 at 7:59 pm * October 2, 2015 at 10:55 am Anonamoius's experience: Avoid Autorec Enterprise LTD like the plague, the dealer is a crook who has many complaints against him [wish I had done more research] the worst thing is why Tradecarview does not black list them, or is tradecarview only about getting their commission from the deal and that is it, the dealer should have been blacklisted a long time ago, the only reason they can trade is because Tradecarview allow! Is there anyone out there who actually received help from Tradecarview after they complained about a vehicle they received from Autorec Enterprise LTD was sub standard? I got a reply to my first two emailed complaints and nothing since, they tell you they will get back to you in two days, and I'm still waiting. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY, it is like playing Russian roulette, you may get lucky and get a car or you may get scammed, and if you do, well you are on your own. ANONAMOIUS'S EXPERIENCE October 2, 2015 at 10:55 am * September 26, 2015 at 3:33 pm David's experience: I was in the process of purchasing a 1990 r32 GTR from Autorec Enterprise LTD They started out very professional, but when I started questioning about the car I was purchasing the sales representative started stuttering and didn't know how to answer my questions. I wanted to have a separate company to come inspect the car, they kept advising me against it and guaranteed that Autorec Enterprise LTD mechanics thoroughly look over the cars before exportation. Since then I've gotten no response after mentioning many of the comments that I've read on here. THANK YALL SO MUCH FOR SAVING ME A $20K NIGHTMAR. DAVID'S EXPERIENCE September 26, 2015 at 3:33 pm * September 9, 2015 at 9:13 am Mina's experience: Terrible company, terrible people! I got my car not in the described condition 5 months after I had paid for my car. The worst customer service I have ever seen, rude people! Rusty undercarriage of the car they shipped shocked me. Do not recommend Autorec Enterprise LTD to anyone. MINA'S EXPERIENCE September 9, 2015 at 9:13 am * August 29 , 2015 at 11:21 pm Rafael's experience: I began to start the process of buying a car through Autorec Enterprise LTD, then I saw this and it all made sense now. I asked them to provide me with documentation on the vehicle as the bank was requesting it in order to release the funds. I cannot thank my bank enough for this bought me time to research on this company. I received radio silence from Autorec Enterprise LTD after I clicked order. I emailed and contacted them well within their business hours, still radio silence. So I pulled out and told them that it was true what the internet says about them. They are full of scams. I found it pretty funny that they were very responsive when I first inquired about the car. Thanks for the help and for helping me avoid a $16000 disaster. RAFAEL'S EXPERIENCE August 29 , 2015 at 11:21 pm * February 9, 2015 at 6:51 pm Ikmah's experience: I had the most horrid experience with this company. This company is a scam and I would not recommend it even to my worst enemy. If you value your money and your sanity, don't buy with them, they will take your money and simply frustrate you until you give up chasing what you had paid for with them. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! IKMAH'S EXPERIENCE February 9, 2015 at 6:51 pm * January 25, 2015 at 10:11 am Randyk1 experience: Big Problem with Autorec Enterprise LTD and with the car sent I purchased a 94 850 Volvo and I picked the car up yesterday at WWL. At first it would not start, once started huge clouds of blue smoke and would not rev past 1500 RPM. The car had been poorly repainted, paint flaking off, obvious signs of collision repair to drivers side of car (door don't fit well, huge body line distortion.) In other words a piece of junk I had asked all the right questions before the purchase, and received affirmatives to questions such as condition, actual mileage, mechanical condition, body, any accidents, as was told point by point, no accidents, odometer has not been turned back, engine and transmission function with no problems etc, but their promises were all false. I have contacted both sales person and company with no reply, tried to Skype them and received one reply as to having received my email but then I believe they have blocked me. What recourse do I have??? Anyone else with similar problems?? Thanks in advance to any advice or assistance. RANDYK1 EXPERIENCE January 25, 2015 at 10:11 am * December 1, 2014 at 1:57 pm M35Squirrel experience: I had being going back and forth with this company called Autorec Enterprise LTD based in Nagoya, trying to get a1989 GTS-Tsedan. I had all the details negotiated, but when I requested for additional pictures of the bottom of car and the metal registration plate, the communication just stopped, I made a few more attempts asking for pictures but they never answered. My last attempt was a month ago. Is this typical? Am I asking too much? I would like to know if you guys have better information on this company, because I have read some horror stories about them on other forums. M35SQUIRREL EXPERIENCE December 1, 2014 at 1:57 pm * November 29, 2014 at 7:11 am James experience: I have bookmarked a lot of Autorec Enterprise LTD's so called "stock cars," and started about two months ago. Many of them were stated "sold" according to their webpage. These "sold" cars were taken off their search page, but strangely, the supposedly sold stocks started just last weeks, to re- appear on their website listed ready to be sold and exported and since I had saved the bookmarks I clearly caught them in a lie before I committed to buy from them!!! wow JAMES EXPERIENCE November 29, 2014 at 7:11 am * November 23, 2014 at 16:30 pm Am M.'s experience: Autorec Enterprise LTD are rookies sitting there to rip people off. And I can confirm that the company buy cars from jap auctions and wind back the kilometres to almost half and put it up for sale on tradecarview. I was not shocked to see other buyers claiming they have being ripped off. I would not recommend my worst enemy to buy from this site. I have even heard they just take any pictures from other dealer sites and ship you a similar car or even different colours and that is, IF they ship you a car for your money at ALL!!!!!!!!!! SCAM AM M.'S EXPERIENCE November 23, 2014 at 16:30 pm * November 21, 2014 at 11:30 pm Sergey I.'s experience: When I call Autorec Enterprise LTD to enquire about my undelivered car, it is the same 3 people who answer in the rudest possible way. Are they linked to some fraudulent companies and extorting money from innocent people? Well, time will tell. Japanese authorities are smart. If they get caught, that will be for good. From my experience, it is a small bunch of Japanese people who have found a way to rip people off. Generally the Japanese are known for their politeness. SERGEY I.'S EXPERIENCE November 21, 2014 at 11:30 pm * November 20, 2014 at 4:30 pm Laura m.'s experience: I would never have used Autorec Enterprise LTD only that the company had placed an ad on tradecarview website, a site that I already trusted. There conduct is rubbish and their attitude is terrible. Tradecarview advertise lots of different car exporters giving them gold stars, verified business member for 2 years then you get ripped off and you contact them, they don't reply to your email. you ring them stressing you have been ripped off by someone on their web site and they palm you off and tell you to give them another month to contact you bra bra bra.. I was literally a hair from paying for a car from Autorec Enterprise LTD, but realised a lot of people have issues with this company. I don't want to be one of the few who lost money with these scammers for no good reason. I just realized Autorec Enterprise LTD *had* some shady dealings previously. Some of these overseas "dealers" are not totally legit, just do your research and make an informed decision. Google brings up relevant articles from the last 5 years. Autorec Enterprise LTD is a not a legitimate company. They have shady business dealings that you as a buyer should be careful of.
