CAN I CAST THE LIVESTREAM TO MY TV?

Vodovo supports both Google Chromecast and Apple Airplay. If your television or
media device supports one of these major standards you can cast the livestream
to your TV. Please remember you must have your TV/device setup properly to
achieve this and it must be on the same wifi network as the device you are using
to stream the livestream. You should practice casting with something like
YouTube prior to the start of your livestream to confirm you have everything
setup properly.   Vodovo does not currently support Roku, Amazon Firestick or
web browsers on Televisions. It is possible you can get these to work, however
Vodovo does not guarantee they will work.


HOW DO I CREATE A NEW VODOVO ACCOUNT?

It's very easy to sign up to watch a livestream. Click on the button on the main
page that says "Purchase Access or Login".   This will bring you to the Login To
Purchase Access screen.  Since you are new, click the "Create account now"
link.  Register Account: * Enter first name and last name. * Username: Create
your username. This name will be displayed publicly. You cannot change your
username, so choose wisely. * Email address. * Country Code: Select the country
code for your mobile phone number (defaults to USA). * Phone Number: Enter your
mobile phone number. Numbers only - no dashes. Your phone number cannot be
changed; please verify you are entering correctly. * Click the "I'm not a robot"
CAPTCHA. * Click Create Account.   Now you may purchase a ticket to your paid
livestream.            


HOW DO I MAKE THE LIVESTREAM FULL-SCREEN?

Click on the links below to watch videos on how to enable full-screen mode for a
Vodovo livestream To enter full-screen mode on a computer click the rectangular
full-screen icon in the top right corner of the livestream window. To exit
fullscreen mode hit the esc "Escape" key.  


CAST THE LIVESTREAM TO YOUR CHROMECAST ENABLED TV OR DEVICE

* Make sure your Chromecast device or enabled TV is turned on and setup. * Make
sure your computer or mobile device is on the same WiFi network as your
Chromecast device or enabled TV. * On your computer or mobile device, login to
the VODOVO livestream event you are attending. * You 'll have to wait for the
livestream to start. Once the show starts, look in the upper righthand corner of
the livestream window - just above the "Gift A Ticket" icon. There you should
see the Chromecast icon when hovering your cursor. In the top righthand corner
of the livestream window, look for the Chromecast icon. * (INSERT IMAGE OF
CHROMECAST ICON HERE) * Click the Chromecast icon. * A window should appear
showing you a list of available Chromecast devices on your Wifi network. Select
the device you want to cast the livestream to. * Depending on the speed of your
Wifi network, it may take a few seconds up to a minute for the cast connection
to complete. * Once connected you should see the livestream playing on your
television while still being able to be part of the chat on your computer or
