verify forged Document
I was signed up to a loan contract I never actually signed. The finance company
are refusing to give me certain docs pertaining to the loan. On the loan
agreement they did send, it is docusigned. It has an envelope ID, but should
there be an IP address to track location or how can I prove it is a forged doc?

Contact tech support to send e-mail phishing header information
I received an e-mail requesting I sign a document, which I have not opened. I
looked in the header and it was not from the sender. I contacted the sender and
sent them the header information. Why can’t I CALL tech support and speak to
someone about sending them this info. This online nonsense is crazy! These
phishing people need to be stopped!

We are wanting to add a privacy policy to the end of all envelopes we send for
our company we have received some from other firms that have this but after
searching the support section i wasn't able too find anything. Is anyone able to

Identity verification & qualified signature not enabled?
Hi everyone, I’m having trouble figuring out how to use DocuSign for signing
documents with a qualified signature. Before subscribing, I read several
articles and watched a few videos, which convinced me that DocuSign supports
qualified signatures compatible with certain government institutions (I
specifically need it for INPI in France). I learned that identity verification
is required for this feature. When comparing subscription plans, I didn’t see
any indication that qualified signatures or identity verification were limited
to certain plans, so I went ahead and purchased the basic plan. Now, I can’t
find anything about qualified signatures or identity verification in my account.
I’ve spent an hour clicking through the UI and rereading the online manuals, but
I’m still stuck. I have no idea what steps I need to take next to enable and use
a qualified signature. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in
advance!

When I try to upload may signed document on the INPI website, I get this message
: “Votre signature n'est pas valide : La synthèse a été signée avec un
certificat étranger hors UE et dont l'autorité de certification n'est pas
présente parmi celles définies dans les listes de confiance eIDAS. Votre
signature n'est donc pas considérée comme valide puisque nous ne retrouvons pas
l'autorité de certification du certificat utilisé parmi les listes de confiance
eIDAS. Nous vous invitons à vous rapprocher de votre fournisseur de signature
afin d'avoir une signature conforme.”Translation : “Your signature is not valid:
The summary has been signed with a foreign certificate from outside the EU,
whose certification authority is not one of those defined in the eIDAS trust
lists. Your signature is therefore not considered valid, as we cannot find the
certification authority of the certificate used among the eIDAS trust lists.
Please contact your signature provider to obtain a compliant signature.”

I am just wondering what Is the best way to create a form and share this as a
link on a ‘welcome email’ that anyone with the link can fill out? As opposed to

DocuSign Elastic Templates
Hello community, We have encountered some issues while trying to set up the
Elastic Templates for TOU purposes inside our company. We couldn’t find enough
documentation to work with some of the things that we need, for example: We are
working with a lot of international clients, so we need to have multiple TOU
versions for different languages. How can we create different templates for
different languages? I read about API variables but these don't change the text
of the buttons (Agree and Disagree) or the Agreement Statement Texts. Also the
most annoying thing is the text saying "Additionally, I certify I have read and
agree to the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure.", how can we translate
this in different languages? Thank you very much!

Eu utilizo o docusign para assinar documentos de maneira individual, não utilizo
para outros meios e desde ontem não consigo mais fazer assinaturas dos meus
documentos alegando que já utilizei toda a cota.Eu não consigo suporte, apenas
por aqui.Há mais de 4 anos que utilizo o sistema apenas para assinar meus
documentos, alguém está com o mesmo problema? I use Docusign to sign documents
individually. I don't use it for other purposes. Since yesterday, I can't sign
my documents anymore, claiming that I've already used up all my quota. I can't
get support, only through here. I've been using the system for over 4 years only
to sign my documents. Is anyone else having the same problem?

would be specific to them with pre-filled name and information, they will need

Attaching Completed documents as .PDF's...
Hey Community! Wondering if anyone can help ?! My organisation is considering
attaching .PDF’s to our ‘Completion’ emails...so they would be made available to
our recipients in a more convenient method. I have found a DocuSign article
which states “For the completed PDF to be included with the completed email
notification, the size cannot exceed 5MB. If the completed documents are larger
than 5MB, the email provides a link to the documents on the Docusign
system.”...BUT when we have tested, a document over 5mb was not attached
(expected & as per the text above) - But a doc UNDER 5mb was also not attached?
We were hoping the doc under 5mb would be attached as a .pdf. Has anyone
encountered this issue or had experience operating the Completion email
attaching the docs as .PDF’s Please? Tks in advance.

Free edition - Envelope allowance exceeded
Hi, I've had a Free account for over a year (not the 30-day free trial, just the
free account). I have no need to send envelopes, but only to sign. Since
yesterday I get this message when I try to sign any document: The envelope
allowance for the account has been exceeded So far I’ve never experienced any
problem/limitation. I do not send envelopes, but I am the only signer of the
documents I upload, sign and download. I don't understand what the envelope
limit refers to and what the actual limit is. As far as I understood from this
article
(https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/FAQ-Docusign-Envelope-Allowance?language=en_US),
the envelopes I sign myself should not be counted. Thank you in advance for your

Signatures are too small and faint
Hello, I browsed some support articles and topics on this forum and found some
similar topics, but let me ask again. Is there an issue with the signature size
in Docusign? We tried a lot of things, including: Drawing own signature in the
Docusign draw box (using Wacom tablet) Drawing signatures on paper with a
regular pen, making photographs, and uploading Drawing own signature in another
app like paint using Wacom tablet and then uploading Choosing DocuSign
auto-generated signatures and different styles for them It's frustrating to see
the signature consistently appear small and faint, despite our efforts to draw
it larger and slightly outside the box. We got this eventually working OK-ish
after a lot of trying, but we have more users in department and can’t spend an
hour to fix one signature with a lot of trial and error. For example, signing
documents in Adobe Acrobat is perfect, the signature looks properly
out-of-the-box but with DocuSign we have those issues. I'm sorry, but resiz

Docusign Signature
Hello everyone i hope you are all well :-), we want to use Docusign in our
company for a few people (boss, authorized representative, etc.). Now I have
created a Personal-Abo Account for our boss and everything is working so far.
The only thing that's annoying is the following fact: when our boss signs
something, it says "signed by:" in the upper part of the frame. When we receive
an envelope or document from a colleague at our company in the UK, the
colleague's signature at the top of the frame reads "Docusigned by:". Or is this
irrelevant? Our boss is a person who wants everything to be as precise as
possible and the question arises as to why this is displayed for him like this?
How can I set this up for my bosses Personal-Abo Account? Or does our boss need
a different license than the personal subscription? Next higher level or
something? If someone can give us a meaningful answer, that would be great!

Authentication error - Click here to login - then unable to access envelope
I have two users showing these symptoms. Anyone else having this issue? User is
able to login successfully but - they immediately get a red bar saying -
Authentication error - Click here to login again. Clicking just goes back to
login page, they login again successfully to the same error. Repeated logins do
the same thing. If they try to send while loggged in they get Unable to access
envelope. I have cleared cache and tried using another browser (Chrome vs Edge)
. In Chrome which i have comletely cleared all cache.. they do get prompted to
email a code (so its seeing fresh login ) but once they login they immediately
get same error. If they login on another computer OR i login for them on their
regular computer then they enter their Docusign credentials they do NOT get the
error. Seems to be somethign in their profile but what? Anyone else seeing a
similiar issue or have solved it? Have case open with Docusign and we have tried
some of the standard troubleshooting steps. Thank you !

Why is there not a text field in the properties of my Read Only field?
I have a document in an envelope which I want 2 people to sign and I need to
include their name and job title in the document. The first person is in my
organisation so I know their name and job title so that can be text in the
original document. I think I know the person in the other organisation, but to
cater for when I need to resend to a different person, I’ve used the Name field
which uses the name from the recipient details. For the job title, I’ve tried to
use Title from the standard fields and set it to Read Only expecting to get a
box to enter text (as seen in support ) but I only have the options shown in the
screenshot. Is this functionality dependent on the plan I have?

How do you deal with someone who is leaving and has documents in progress of
being signed?
One of our users (also an administrator) is leaving our firm shortly. I
currently have shared access to her folders so I can see everything she’s sent
out and completed items etc. But what happens when she leaves? I don’t want to
lose all the documents she’s sent out that haven’t yet been completed (and I
don’t want to loose the completed one’s either - although I know I can pdf those
and save them elsewhere). Do we need to keep her account open? If we close it,
will we lose everything? This must be regular occurance, so wondering how to
deal with it. Many thanks

Transferred Envelopes Omitted from Reports
I am trying to determine an envelope count for this year for a group of users
(they were assigned to a group id) we transferred to a different account (same
Organization) later in the year. The reason for this is they sent the envelopes
from our account which resulted in one of our pre-paid envelopes being consumed.
I am supposed to recover those costs from the other account holder. I started
running reports on the group we used, and I see those envelopes are omitted from
the reports. I thought envelopes sent from our account would appear in our
account’s reports up to the time they were transferred. But this does not seem
to be the case. Has anyone transferred envelopes and then ran any of the reports
to get a listing after the transfer? Did those envelopes show up? Are my
expectations incorrect? Once transferred they go “poof” from the account
including reports, dashboards, analytics, etc…? Is there a better way? Thanks
for your help!
