A BIT OF HEAVEN ON EARTH.
From the moment we arrived until our departure we had the most wonderful
time. The resort is beautiful and everyone there treated us with such care
and friendliness that my wife and I can’t wait to return. I would encourage

INCREDIBLE BABYMOON!
We had an incredible stay and were repeatedly impressed with the high level
of customer service. They made our 'Babymoon' incredibly special,
especially Sukasana, who cooked up a special feast every morning. We
definitely plan on coming back again soon!

UNDER RENOVATION, PRICEY AVERAGE FOOD, BAD ROOM INSULATION BUT GREAT STAFF
AND COCKTAILS
The hotel got great potential, especially the proximity with the beach and
how friendly the staff is. Sadly, the experience was impacted with several
factors
- We would have appreciated being aware of the pool and restaurant work as
it was very noisy all day long with hammer and circular saw constant noises
around the principal pool (Before we booked, not after)
- The food is simply not at the right level, pizzas are tasteless, fries
are not very good, the breakfast buffet is not appealing (no smoked salmon,
really poor presentation, bitter coffee) - except the beach barbecue which
got decent grilled and seafood meat. There is a reason why the Kul Kul bar
is completely empty in the evening, the food is absolutely not aligned with
the premium expensive prices being applied. Cocktails are decent but some
classics are not prepared correctly (Mojito)
- Room insulation is really bad, you can hear absolutely everything from
neighbours above (foot steps, window opening, toilet flushing) as we had a
toddler with us, we had to deal with multiple time she woke up past
midnight.
Overall, while the potential is here this hotel is not aligned with the
other Luxury collections we have done in the past.

disturbance caused by our ongoing renovation, room insulation, and

HOME AWAY FROM HOME
This resort where the staff go out of there way to ensure that your time
there is as relaxing and as comfortable as you would be at home. The rooms
are beautifully appointed and the restaurants food and sevice was second to
none. Our heartiest congratulations on making this resort the best we have
experienced in Nusa Dua

OUR STAY IN BALI AT THE LAGUNA IN NUSA DUA
We were a group of 6, in our 60's enjoying the facilities and surrounds of
the Laguna resort. The staff are all so helpful and welcoming the
facilities are great and we had a great time. Check in was late but they
were accommodating they even allowed us to use their facilities after we
checked out. For the time we spent there the amount was very reasonable. We
just loved the place.
